We rested and received treatment at the Felicitas sanatorium from 07/13-07/20/2019. Third time in the Czech Republic and first time in this cozy and paradise. We have something to compare with. The quality of treatment, accommodation, food, staff work, the hotel’s availability of a variety of medical equipment and the location of the hotel are excellent. I would especially like to mention Dr. Bukatova and nurse Jutka Polak. In no other Spa Hotel before have we been examined so thoroughly and attentively. I was given special attention due to unforeseen circumstances that arose on the eve of my arrival at the hotel. Once again I express my gratitude to Dr. Bukatova and nurse Jutka Polak. For those who come, like us, by car, the hotel has an additional advantage. There are a large number of interesting historical attractions within easy reach, which you can visit in the afternoon after completing the procedures. The doctor simply rewrites your diagnosis and that’s it, there were heart attacks twice except for measuring blood pressure, no help, the doctor is constantly busy with an empty office. The only offer was to drink coffee and Becherovka. In 2002, after a heart attack, I was in another sanatorium, where Dr. Dub works, and he really understands this in cardiology. Другой персонал " молодой " говорит по-английски и немного по-русски и по-немецки - они всегда пытаются договориться с гостем . Моника - глава приёмa, гостям очень нравится - Вы хотели отменить две ночи - Это Моника сделала для Bac бесплатно - по договору путешествия и сборы за отмену ей не нужно было этого cделать - она хотела помочь Baм. Что касается врача - y Bac было медицинское обследование, Вы затем yжe не пришли к врачу с проблемой - поэтому она не могла их решить. Ресторан - у нас с новым годом новый ресторан и еда очень со вкусом - всем нашим гостям это нравится. Завтрак, обед и ужин подаются в форме шведского стола. Mы сожалеем, что вы не пришли и не обратились к нам с замечаниями во время Вашего визита.

Мужчины могут сделать массаж с большей силой, чем женщины. Но это происходит не из-за неквалификации, a из- зa конституции тела массажиста. Клиенты очень довольны нами, приезжают к нам опять.
