We stayed at the resort in Padebrady in the Felicitas sanatorium from 23.02. until March 7, 2020. For the second year in a row. The hotel is very cozy, beautiful, clean everywhere. We thank the technical staff for the good cleaning of the room. Towels were changed every other day, bed and bathrobes were changed once a week. Very good carbon dioxide baths and gas injections. We were checked into room 310 upon our arrival, after 14.00, at around 17.00. But it turned out to be not cleaned, the linen was not changed. We were probably too indignant, and for this we were given the keys to room 406, this is the last floor, under the roof, it seems to be metal tiles and the sunny side. It’s terrible, just like being in a sauna, there are no air conditioners in the rooms, the temperature in the room is 30 degrees or higher, we are wet, wet sheets, wet pillows, our chocolate and candies, bought as gifts for friends and acquaintances, have melted. The schedule of procedures is from 08.00 in the morning until 15.00.. That is. our day was completely occupied with procedures from two, three and a maximum of five procedures a day with breaks. We rested and received treatment at the Felicitas sanatorium from 07/13-07/20/2019. Third time in the Czech Republic and first time in this cozy and paradise. We have something to compare with. The quality of treatment, accommodation, food, staff work, the hotel’s availability of a variety of medical equipment and the location of the hotel are excellent. I would especially like to mention Dr. Bukatova and nurse Jutka Polak. In no other Spa Hotel before have we been examined so thoroughly and attentively. I was given special attention due to unforeseen circumstances that arose on the eve of my arrival at the hotel. Once again I express my gratitude to Dr. Bukatova and nurse Jutka Polak. For those who come, like us, by car, the hotel has an additional advantage. There are a large number of interesting historical attractions within easy reach, which you can visit in the afternoon after completing the procedures. For some reason, the varied buffet menu during the day at lunch and in the evening at dinner did not offer juices, coffee, or tea (you had to buy these drinks). I don’t think that their inclusion in the buffet menu would somehow “heighten” the budget of the sanatorium, because it is clearly clear that the cost of a stay, especially for a period of 2 weeks or more, certainly covers all expenses for both treatment and accommodation with 3 meals a day.

The quality of treatment, accommodation, food, staff work and the location of the hotel deserve to be rated EXCELLENT!!! I would like to express special gratitude to the attending physician Ms. Bukatova, and senior nurse Itka , to all the sisters in the carbon dioxide baths, to the massage therapist Josef or whatever his other name is Pepi!!! The doctor simply rewrites your diagnosis and that’s it, there were heart attacks twice except for measuring blood pressure, no help, the doctor is constantly busy with an empty office. The only offer was to drink coffee and Becherovka. In 2002, after a heart attack, I was in another sanatorium, where Dr. Dub works, and he really understands this in cardiology. Другой персонал " молодой " говорит по-английски и немного по-русски и по-немецки - они всегда пытаются договориться с гостем . Моника - глава приёмa, гостям очень нравится - Вы хотели отменить две ночи - Это Моника сделала для Bac бесплатно - по договору путешествия и сборы за отмену ей не нужно было этого cделать - она хотела помочь Baм. Что касается врача - y Bac было медицинское обследование, Вы затем yжe не пришли к врачу с проблемой - поэтому она не могла их решить. Ресторан - у нас с новым годом новый ресторан и еда очень со вкусом - всем нашим гостям это нравится. Завтрак, обед и ужин подаются в форме шведского стола. Mы сожалеем, что вы не пришли и не обратились к нам с замечаниями во время Вашего визита.
