Minuses: - for the last three years it has become impossible to book a single room with a balcony (before that there were no problems for 10 years). Even if the reservation is made 5-7 months in advance. - previously I was considered a regular customer and received a 15% discount (from the site sanatoruum.com_ Then the discount was given directly from the hotel. However, for the last three years I was no longer considered a regular customer and the discounts were canceled. PS By the way, I always bought additional procedures for amounts exceeding this discount. - on my last visit, the internet in the room was very weak. In March of this year there was no problem with the Internet in the room.

That is, tea and juices for dinner, then no. 3. Classic massage is not a massage, it is spreading oil on the back)) 4. There is no kettle or tea and coffee set in the room. 5. The heated towel rail switches off periodically, leaving the towels damp. 6. When taking baths, there is no stool, which can make it easier for older people to get into the bath (for example, it was a bit difficult for my mother). Мы перешли от модели стабильного места к классическому ресторану. Каждый может сидеть там, где хочет. Нам пришлось подойти к этой модели исходя из негабаритных размеров ресторана. Да, из-за переполненности мы были вынуждены отказаться от рассадки, каждый может сидеть там, где он хочет и где свободно, но это обычное дело в каждом ресторане. Что касается диеты, мы не больница, но если кто-то хочет диету, мы предоставляем ее по запросу. После консультации клиента с диетической медсестрой.

There are no cups in the rooms, no kettle, in the evening you can’t even drink tea or coffee, only in the bar. The restaurant advertises itself like a 4 star hotel, you can’t give more than 1-2. The food is not tasty, frozen potatoes, fish is also defrosted several times and cooked anyhow. The breakfasts were the same every time, the same thing, there was no variety. For lunch, vegetables and salads in water, why it’s not clear that there would be less vitamins. We asked for at least pancakes to be baked for us, but they didn’t listen. There were no complaints about the treatment, except for the food. The parking also leaves room for improvement. I order the procedures that I am used to and that help me, taking into account the state of my body. I am grateful to the hotel for fulfilling my request and scheduling two procedures on the day of arrival, and also providing me with the room I requested.
