- untidy chairs in the dining room and sofas and carpeting in the rooms - everything is stained - it is the dining room, not the restaurant (exterior and furniture) - the only cosmetics in the room are shampoo and shower gel. Body cream required: all day in the pools. And this is a hotel that positions itself as 4 super - bathrobes in the rooms for money, also towels for the beach - the room was not always cleaned well: they could leave dirty glasses and garbage - a modest choice of food for dinner - in my impression, the hotel is not 4 stars , but a good, strong three-ruble note. You can and should relax here, not paying attention to everyday trifles.

You need to be prepared for the following: bathrobe in the room 6 euros, replacing dinner with lunch 4 euros, tourist tax 2.50 per day, use of the refrigerator to store your food 5 euros per day, no welcome bottle of water and kettle in the room, all drinks including water , at dinner there is a fee, there are no water coolers on the hotel premises. Breakfast has a very limited selection of dishes, but you won't go hungry. Almost none of the staff speaks Russian.

We spent our holidays in sunny Portorož, a beautiful city, a wonderful hotel that exceeded all our expectations. The staff speak excellent Russian, the signs everywhere are also translated into Russian, which for us was a big plus of the hotel. Freshly squeezed juices and fruits on the tables, everyone treated us kindly, a very comfortable bed in the family room. Overall everything is great!
