This is the third time I have come to the Krivan sanatorium, because... it has a good medical base. But now I will look for another sanatorium-hotel, because the food this year was terrible in Krivane.....!!!! It is impossible to eat the soups: they were mostly over-salted or peppered so much that it was impossible to eat!!! Out of 13 days, I was able to eat soup 3-4 times, it’s just disgraceful!!! The second courses are no better...., they served trout fish, it was so cooked.... that it was impossible to eat....., the fish was old - old, frozen more than once.... A nightmare of course..... The salads are not tasty at all. I once wanted to eat cherry compote, but it had fermented... sour!!!! And they display it to visitors!! Simply outrageous!! I was in this sanatorium in 2021 and the food was good, now this three-star sanatorium has dropped below one star!!! It’s a pity, of course, that having such an excellent healing facility, the sanatorium is losing its reputation because of a mediocre cook!!! I wrote a negative review in the guest book, the result is ZERO!!!

I have been using the Sanatoriums service for a long time and everything has always been excellent. But this time I was surprised by the fact that Sanatoriums had no information about the only non-working elevator in the Atlantic Palast Hotel. There was no return call to my call from the hotel, but it would be nice to hear some kind of apology from someone... I still recommend the Sanatoriums service, hoping that this unpleasant misunderstanding will be the first and the last.

Very good excursions and terrible transfer organization. 10 minutes before us, people living in the same city and a couple of people living nearby left in the car, but we were put in a car in which we traveled to all remote corners of Germany, in addition to this, we drove around the city for exactly an hour even though all the hotels were located next to each other, it seemed that the driver was poorly oriented in the city. Bottom line, we live 500 km from Karlovy Vary, the journey home took about 10 hours.

Sanatoriums.com is a great source of information, well organized and very user friendly. Videos are very detailed and help with making a right choice. They provide very detailed description of resorts, hotels, treatment, and prices. Customer service is also great and very helpful with providing additional information, answering questions in timely manner. Having information in English is a big plus, especially ability to book resort, hotel, and treatment package.
