The room and location are good, but the food is very limited, there is little choice, especially if you are with children, if you don’t arrive on time, the food runs out, that is, they don’t add it. There are almost no drinks, and they are diluted with water. The menu is very limited, the pool is small, the sauna also needs to be reserved, there is no free space access is the same as in other hotels. The procedures are not bad, but they are given to you from 07.00 so you won’t be able to sleep, if you ask to change the schedule, it is very difficult or impossible, the procedures themselves are not bad, I will repeat! The second time I would not stop! The management should think about The service does not qualify for 4 stars, maximum 2 stars.

I booked with Sanatoriums.com for the first time. I was a bit skeptical, but everything went well. I had a booking for two rooms, one of which had to be cancelled. I was helped quickly by contacting the employee of the sanatorium by phone, he took care of everything for me. I also got the money for the single room back into my account straight away. I will now book with Sanatoriums more often. It's a shame that you don't have more places in Poland, e.g. Swinoujscie.

Well, I didn’t notice the service when I wrote about what was happening at the hotel and asked for some help, about a day later I received an answer that I should send my message not by WhatsApp but by email. There would be service if your support service forwarded my letter further and helped in some way.

The hotel is on a mountain, not accessible to everyone. No drinks in the room, you can only buy things in the restaurant, even water. The treatments are spread out throughout the building. Sauna only once and only by reservation. The staff is not attentive.
