The service is excellent! And meeting at the airport, and a gift excursion (wonderful guide - Valentina) and transfer to the airport! I would like to note how all services responded to all letters, emails - there was always a response the next day and all questions were resolved. We visited Karlovy Vary for the first time, flew from America and, of course, were very worried, but everything was very good! No problem! Great job!
