Asthma remission is said to be when episodes of respiratory discomfort stop, asthma attacks disappear or become very weak, and shortness of breath does not occur with minor exertion. In case of remission of asthma, the rules of primary and secondary prevention of bronchial asthma should be observed, in particular, breathing exercises, apply massage and self-massage of the back and chest, visit salt rooms or caves, undergo acupuncture and reflexotherapy sessions as prescribed by a doctor, visit the sea, undergo regular spa treatment to avoid relapse.
