Treatment inflammatory polyneuropathy in Rimske Terme

Inflammation simultaneously affects several peripheral nerve tables, usually has an autoimmune character and is accompanied by demyelination - destruction of the myelin sheath of nerve fibers. Symptoms of the acute form of the disease are movement disorders, pain, facial expressions are waning, denervated muscle hypotrophy develops, and respiratory muscle paresis develops in 30% of cases. The chronic form is characterized by flaccid paresis, decreased sensitivity, weakness of the muscles of the limbs. Over time, the disease progresses and ends with the patient's complete immobility, including respiratory muscle paralysis. Separately isolated serum neuropathy arising from vaccinations, especially after vaccination against tetanus. This form is manifested by pain in the shoulder girdle, fever, rashes and itching in the shoulder area, the hands go numb and weaken. Inflammatory polyneuropathy is treated with medication with glucocorticosteroids, human class G immunoglobulin and plasmapheresis. The second part of therapy is symptomatic treatment; physical therapy, massage and physiotherapeutic procedures are indicated to combat motor disorders.
