Kinesiotherapy is a special rehabilitation method used in physiotherapy exercises. It is used in diseases of the musculoskeletal system, helps to improve the mobility of joints, strengthen the muscular corset. Kinesiotherapy helps even with vertebral hernia, arthritis, arthrosis, chronic back pain. In spa hotels, the so-called "passive" kinesiotherapy is usually used, that is, the patient does not perform the set of exercises himself, and the physiotherapist-rehabilitologist deals with him. There are also some contraindications for kinesiotherapy: thrombophlebitis, rupture of muscles and tendons, cancer, heart failure, the presence of stones in the kidneys, gallstone disease, epilepsy, circulatory disorders in the brain, diabetes mellitus.
