Suddenly the fire siren sounded and repeated 4-5 times in a row. One day it worked at 7 am. After which I had a severe headache. The staff simply turns it off, they say because of the kitchen. But no changes are being made. Constantly some kind of repairs, drilling. The audibility is colossal. One night at 2-3 o'clock drunken visitors turned on music, but there was no reaction from the staff. The water in the pool is cold. This was noticed not only by me, but also by other visitors. One woman said that this was the first time such cold water in 7 years. The medical center changed my appointment time for the procedure, but did not notify me. Because of which I lost my time. I don’t plan to visit this sanatorium again and I can’t recommend it to my friends.

I was expecting a single room, which I was already in. I booked several months in advance, but they gave me a different, larger room. I don't need one like that. The windows overlook the courtyard where construction is going on. It was very noisy, it was impossible to stay in the room during the day. But this is temporary, I'm just unlucky

I liked everything. Cozy, clean hotel. Very friendly and welcoming staff. Daily room cleaning, towels are also changed every day. A varied menu, a wide selection of dishes, Special thanks to the chefs for the deliciously prepared meat delicacies (veal, turkey, duck, rabbit, chicken - all types of meat), for the desserts. The first time I used the services of the site, everything was excellent, the organization was impeccable. This was my fourth time on vacation in Rogazhka. The Slatina Hotel was a pleasant surprise, small, quiet, excellent food, at lunch and dinner all types of diet food, cakes and desserts are available in the bar, very tasty, friendly staff, good swimming pool, sauna. Got a room on the top 3rd floor overlooking the forest. Excellent air, wonderful weather in October, golden autumn. The room has everything you need, hairdryer, safe, cleaned every day, towels changed. The treatment ordered on the website was received directly at the hotel, there is a medical building. The hotel rents bicycles and walking poles for free (other hotels do not have this, only for a fee). I enjoyed riding every day. I recommend the hotel to everyone, I had a great rest for little money.Negatives

The Rogaška Slatina resort is located in a picturesque place, where it is possible not only to undergo treatment with Mg water, but also to take walks or bike rides along developed routes. Very good updated medical building. You can not only take the necessary procedures, but also get advice from a specialist, undergo an examination, receive recommendations and even treatment. Everything is very organized, polite and professional. This is not the first time we have booked a hotel and transfer through Sanatoriums - excellent work, everything works clearly and quickly, and support from the beginning of the booking to the end of the trip. If desired, there is an excellent opportunity to walk through the mountains and forests along well-maintained paths. Special thanks to the people of Slovenia in general and the Rogaska Slatina resort in particular for their friendliness, smiles, sincerity and love for their land. Excellent attitude of the medical staff, you get the impression that they were really waiting for you here. The hotel staff tries very hard to fulfill all the wishes of the guests. Very good, but no frills, home cooking. You can choose any dietary dish or just a tourist menu.Negatives
This is probably not a negative, but a statement of fact. The resort's guests are mostly people, to put it mildly, aged 40+. Perhaps young people, if there is no need for medical treatment and no love for walking, will not be very comfortable here.

I stayed at the sanatorium in May 2019. Excellent location of the sanatorium, opposite the Rogaska Riviera complex with beautiful swimming pools. Prices at the pool vary depending on the day and time of stay - on weekdays and after 18-00 the cost is the cheapest. Very beautiful, clean town, friendly people. I got two weeks of wonderful rest. A very interesting excursion on a “locomotive” to Olimia, the guide and driver are colorful personalities, speak excellent Russian, surprises are expected during the excursion (which you will find out if you go, otherwise it will not be a surprise). During the excursion we stopped at a deer farm (very interesting for children), a brewery, tasted green beer, and also visited a chocolate shop and an old pharmacy with medicinal herbs. The excursion is not tiring, it starts at 14-00 and we return for dinner. A very beautiful town (historical part) of Celje, 40 minutes away by local train, with an old medieval castle and it is better to climb to it along a forest path - this also has its own flavor. Amazing Lake Bled, interesting, even grandiose Postojna Cave. The impressions from the country are the best, amazing landscapes, snow-capped peaks, order and well-groomed everything! If only... On the day of departure, when I handed over my room key, it suddenly turns out that I have to pay extra for two procedures. There is a department of the medical center in the Slatina sanatorium, but it was not possible to solve the problem on the spot; there was no way to run to the medical center, either to go to the airport or to find out. In the end I paid another 50 euros. So here’s a summary - when paying for and replacing procedures at a medical center, be sure to clarify “Did you replace them? Do you need to pay extra?” Since there was an opportunity to replace the procedures proposed in the package, I replaced it, but as a result of the carelessness of the managers, I hope that this was carelessness and not a banal deception, an incident occurred. Somewhere, in the depths of the computer, errors crept in, and, instead of replacing, the procedures were added, but I was not told about this, and, mind you, no one offered to pay me money! Since I purchased the procedures additionally, I very much doubt that I would be allowed to use the procedures for free. In general, this little incident left an unpleasant aftertaste, even annoyance! And, after all, everything is so wonderful! But alas...Answer from Spa Hotel Slatina

The choice of this small hotel was due to the excellent conditions and good, natural food, but monotonous in the opinion of our compatriots. For us, this is a necessary condition, since when treating with Donat mineral water, you do not need a lot of nutrition.
