The hotel is a 5-minute walk from the medical center, where the pump room with medicinal water is located. The hotel has a swimming pool and sauna. We were provided with a room with a balcony upon prior request from SANATORIUMS.COM. Thanks to the company representatives for this. I’ll add that each floor has access to a common balcony, which is nice. The room is cozy, clean, cleaned daily, there is a minibar, TV with a Russian channel, towels are changed when dirty. The beds are comfortable. Separately, I would like to say about the warm, cozy atmosphere in the hotel that the hotel workers create. Thank you very much to Sebastian, who provided us with every possible assistance in resolving personal issues. Thanks to Tomislava and Anita, who were so friendly that it felt like we were not living in a hotel, but were visiting our best friends. And a deep bow to the chefs. Everything was delicious. The package of procedures limits the possibility of treatment. It would be possible to offer a choice of different options from 9 to 20 procedures, as in the Zagreb hotel.

It’s nice that the package from Sanatoriums also included payment for Donat water and 5 procedures. In the end, this is 5 20 minute massages in a small salon. Master Vesna is doing well. Equivalent to 100 euros. I forgot to specify the cost of water, but previously we paid separately for the 10th day, so this bonus is also very pleasant. For a 4.5 year old child they didn’t charge us anything, despite the fact that they gave us a triple room with a bed and fed us 3 times a day.Negatives
Previously, the hotel payment included a subscription to Rogaska Riviera, now they have built their own Wellness with a small pool, jacuzzi and sauna and Riviera has been excluded from the program. Wellness is good, but small and smells of chemicals. In the cozy courtyard of the hotel there were always tables for guests to relax - everyone willingly played on this entwined patio at Uno, chatted and drank wine. Now it's like a bar. The tables are more fashionable, the flower beds have been partially removed and the waiters come over every time. And few people, accordingly.

Home conditions. There are few of us, we are loved, we are looked after. If we have a cold, they bring us hot milk to our room. They clean at a time convenient for us, clean and tidy.
