Treatment pelvioperitonitis in Sarvar

Local inflammation of the serous cover of the pelvis, accompanied by disorders of microcirculation, increased vascular permeability, serous or purulent effusion, going beyond the limits of the vascular bed of albumin, leukocytes, fibrinogen. Adhesions are formed, dystrophic changes occur in the peritoneal endothelium. Acute pelvioperitonitis is characterized by a sharp rise in temperature to 39.0-40.0 °C, severe pain in the lower abdomen, bouts of chills, tachycardia, nausea, bloating, pain during urination. Peristalsis weakens, tongue becomes stained, symptoms of intoxication appear. Treatment of pelvioperitonitis consists of eliminating the infection process, pain and signs of intoxication. Drug treatment with antihistamines, analgesics, anti-inflammatory drugs and vitamin complexes is carried out in an acute form, surgical intervention is indicated for complications. After extinction of symptoms and initial treatment, physiotherapy, physiotherapy, massage are prescribed.
