Treatment pleural adhesions in Sarvar

Pleural adhesions are an overgrown connective tissue that connects the external surface of the lungs with the internal surface of the chest. Adhesions usually occur on the background of pleurisy, pneumonia, bronchitis, trauma, congenital anomalies, parasite infection, sarcoidosis, lung cancer, and other causes. The appearance of adhesions is evidenced by: shortness of breath, increased heart rate, pain in the chest, signs of respiratory failure, severe cough, pale skin, high body temperature, and shadows in the X-ray of the lungs, the same as during inspiration and exhalation. If adhesions do not threaten the development of pulmonary insufficiency or other life-threatening complications, then conservative treatment is carried out in combination with physiotherapy. Antibiotics are prescribed to suppress the purulent-inflammatory process in the bronchi, expectorant drugs, proper nutrition, massage, breathing exercises, inhalations, electrophoresis.
