No one cares about guests in this hotel. When I asked for Coffee Americano that is served all over the world the restaurant manager told me that in Hungary they serve only Hungarian coffee. I felt like I am in Nazi Germany. I wrote a complaint to the management and I was served the coffee the next day. I bought a package for 3 weeks and 30 treatments and I was disgusted by such attitude. The treatment scheduling desk has no idea how to do the schedule. Instead of spreading the treatments for 3 weeks they jammed them in 2 weeks. The town of Sarvar is dirty with poor air quality. I would not advise to go there.

The stay at the Spirit Thermal Spa was simply excellent, 22 days flew by very quickly. The food is top notch, the menu is varied and everything is very tasty. Polite and friendly staff. Many wonderful and useful procedures. There are places; where you can take a walk and enjoy the forest air. There was no language barrier, thanks to the friendly and attentive guide of the 1000 roads company. Roman to Svetlana. As a specialist in her field, she quickly and timely resolved current issues. Thanks a lot. The holiday was wonderful. The water is miraculous. I had problems with my leg after spinal surgery. I felt improvement! Special thanks to the company representative Olga! The spa is excellent, great food with a lot of choice. Very convenient location, you can walk around the lakes behind the hotel and into Sárvár. Comfortable beds and large rooms.
