Little things: We would have liked a shoehorn... If you're looking for dark bread or rolls, you won't find it. Most of the pasta was "prosthetic-friendly", not crunchy - but there is a toaster...

The spa is located in an excellent location.. the rooms are very large with a balcony.. good spa base.. large swimming pool.. two saunas.. jacuzzi.. by the way.. there is a jacuzzi outside.. in frosty winter weather.. when there is snow around for lovers it’s wonderful. the food is very varied.. everyone can choose something for themselves... the air is very clean.Negatives
Few .. who speak Russian .. but you can cope .. you can’t call it a sanatorium .... there is no mineral water .. you need to buy it in the house. ..the town is very small and very boring in the evening..I’m not sure..I’ll come there again..

The carpet in the room was covered in stains and very worn, very unhygienic. The relaxation room directly in front of the saunas was carelessly furnished and four loungers seemed like very little to me. There were no showers after the sauna and I observed several times that sauna-goers jumped into the swimming pool, drenched in sweat. Very unhygienic

Good monitored parking lot and charging points for electric vehicles, great swimming pool approx. 20 x 6m² with whirlpools inside and outside, steam and fin sauna etc. Varied and very good food. Quiet location of the hotel and peace in the house. Everything is very clean. Service is always friendly and helpful despite their limited knowledge of German or English. The treatments were timed so that my wife and I always had free time almost at the same time from 10 a.m. to enjoy the beautiful surroundings and many sights. ...to feel goodNegatives
There is a lack of storage space in the bathroom. Coffee (€4) and especially wine... very expensive e.g. 0.25 liters of Veltliner 48 Plz (approx. €11) not chilled and... well... a matter of taste. So we drank beer 0.3 liters 10,--plz

A very small town, only sanatoriums and cafes. Very boring. It is difficult to walk, the whole town is located on the side of a mountain, the descents and ascents are quite difficult, especially with problem legs. There is no treatment as such, only prevention. The procedures are few and short, 15 minutes each. (mud, massage)

The location in the beautiful foothills, "delicious" air, near Jelena Hur, close to the Czech Republic and Germany - that is, there is a place to spend your vacation interestingly and with pleasure. A spacious and quiet room, equipped with everything necessary for a comfortable life, comfortable beds, a spacious bathroom. An excellent restaurant with delicious food for breakfast and dinner. Medical and SPA department! The doctor's examination is below zero, the doctor practically does not collect anamnesis from the patients, the procedures are prescribed in this way (depending on which package of MINI or MIDI procedures you have) from 2 to 3 each (the so-called tasting of procedures😂). One gets the impression that in This hotel does not understand and does not know what sanatorium treatment is!!!!! But there must be a course of treatment and a corresponding course of procedures!!!!! With 2-3 procedures each, you cannot cure patients, especially since the sanatorium treats chronic patients!! !!As a result, the quality of SPA work is not satisfactory!!!!!

The hotel is nice, but not necessarily a 4 star hotel by our standards. The food was very good, especially the breakfast. The cleanliness also leaves little to be desired. The applications are significantly better than those in Germany. The staff may not necessarily meet our standards, but they are friendly and helpful. All in all a very nice holiday. Above all, the hotel lacks a lawn. There definitely needs to be a shelf near the sink in the bathroom. And also small cosmetic items that help if (woman) has forgotten something. Unfortunately, I heard noises from other bathrooms in my room, which was very annoying at night. The hotel is also oriented too much to the north and west, so that the view falls less on the mountains and more on the parking spaces. You should not offer full board. I was almost always the only guest in the dining room, while the waitresses e.g. B. Cleaning windows.

The artificial leather couch in the bar is so worn that you can ruin your clothing with the white, detached artificial leather flakes. That should be changed. Otherwise everything was great, we would love to come back.

We once sat down for breakfast at a table by the window facing the street and were turned away because it was supposedly reserved. Why??? The reservation signs were put up later. Since we have already booked again for December, I would be interested to know where and how I can reserve a table.
