Door in room whistles in bad weather. The appointment with the doctor was very short, I'm really disappointed. The treatments were the same for me and my husband, even though we have different illnesses. What a shame!

The Magnolia 3 was the right hotel for me because it fully met my expectations: quiet, small, friendly, best location, great varied food, competent and friendly advice at the reception in German! I was picked up from the hotel after a long wait and had no contact person on Saturday. It was only later that I received a call back despite no office hours. In this case, it would be advisable to have an emergency number and the driver's telephone number so that you can have peace of mind! Competent drivers, but travel time 2 hours longer due to feeder locations.

Thank you very much. I'm very pleased. The sanatorium is located in the center, close to a free bus stop. I had a view of the mountains from my window. Clean, tasty, comfortable, elevator. Varied menu, buffet. The staff responds to requests in a timely manner. Procedures in the same building where accommodation is located. A nice bonus is a free swimming pool, salt grotto and spa, open all day, seven days a week. We were given an extra towel for the procedures. I would like to come again.Negatives
There was a constant unpleasant smell of sewage in the bathroom. Every day, when I left, I opened the bathroom doors and the window all the way. The smell disappeared, but after a while it appeared again. That's why I did it every day. I have asthma. It is important that the air is clean.

Treatment and breakfast from 8:00-10:00, or you are treated or have breakfast, the bus picks you up at 7:00 - you leave without breakfast and without Pike, a jacuzzi with plain water, not salty. The food is the same every day, mostly pork. Many would not want to go to this sanatorium again

The procedures take 10 minutes including taking off and putting on. As a result, the bathtubs are briefly rinsed, not cleaned. Massage exactly 10 minutes for everything: undressing, dressing, lying down, getting up, 3 customers are always massaged in one room at the same time, no personality. Water in the swimming pool is really yellow, there is cloudy sand or dirt in all corners, the so-called salt bath is a simple jacuzzi, there is no trace of salt, the smelly smell from the salt bath and swimming pool spreads throughout the entire stairwell. There are 3 loungers and 3 warm blankets in the salt cave, which have not been changed once in 2 weeks, according to the topic of hygiene

Clean hotel and rooms, above the center and yet centrally located, quiet through one-way streets. EVERYTHING is easy to reach with short walks, from the pedestrian zone to the lower lift station. Doctor's consultation ONLY on Sundays late afternoon to early evening; Depending on the availability of a doctor, we therefore recommend arriving on SUNDAYS, treatments i.e. prescriptions are from approx. 7:30 a.m. to max. 12:30 p.m. (last spa patient) from Monday to Friday, partial body massages NOT 15 minutes; For us between 10 and 12 minutes AT THE MAXIMUM! :-( ; if you tip in advance, maybe MORE!? NO dark bread and rolls for breakfast and dinner ; VERY negative ----》ALL drinks for lunch and dinner chargeable with HOTEL prices e.g. from €2 for 250 ml of cola etc ., local beer from €2.50, better buy beforehand in the centrally located Handelsdom pedestrian zone ;-) We were in the pre-season in March '22 and ONLY 2 therapists for the whole house, the season will certainly be very stressful and hectic!? Applications in a very narrow, small area with a waiting zone of 8 room seats. RADON CURE? Only a very small proportion of radon water was allowed into the bathroom.

The masseuse does the massage not for 15 minutes, as planned, but for 7-10 minutes. It left a bad taste. The hotel does not have a gym or fitness center as stated, unfortunately not everything that is written on the website is true. The transport company that deals with the transfer is a Polish company that transports people from Poland to Germany. This means you'll travel halfway through Germany before you get home. I drove to Bad Flinsberg for 11 hours. Came back in 12 hours. Drivers do their best to bring people there faster, but the routes are poorly laid out. The website says that there is no prepayment, but this is not true, 100% prepayment is required. The employees of the sanatoriums work quickly and well, but if problems arise in Poland, then these are your problems, the assistant Sergei Sotnik is an illusion, no one answers the specified phone number. Therefore, I don’t know whether to recommend this vacation or not.

Instead of the promised 68 procedures, 40. Massage: 10 minutes of stroking in a room where 3 people are “treated” at once. It is very unpleasant to be in a salt cave: the smell is like in an old damp cellar, and for some reason the salt jacuzzi is without salt. Appointment with a doctor: 1.5 minutes.
