In some cases the renovations were behind schedule. The mattresses were saggy. After changing rooms, the mattresses were better. When choosing a room, you should make sure that you are not staying near the treatment rooms, as they are very noisy in the mornings because of the waiting patients. In some cases, the medical staff's German skills were poor, so communication was limited.

Well, the cultural program is a matter of taste. The two dance evenings were a failure. The DJ forgot that he was supposed to entertain the older guests and not the young staff with his techno music. A pity.

We have accommodation in the hotel with you Spa package - recovery treatment ( 1 medical examination, 16 spa treatments, drinking cure, access to the sauna, access to the pool) booked. Unfortunately we didn't get a medical examination, treatments were very short (either 2 or 15 minutes long) and inadequate. We had to pay for a drinking treatment, 1 cup of “healing water” costs €1.

Ladies and Gentlemen Unfortunately, we were not allowed to take part in the New Year's Eve ball or the New Year's Eve menu on December 31, 2023. We were informed of this by telephone on December 29th, 2023; this made us very upset. For travel dates over the New Year, we naturally thought that these New Year's Eve extras would be included. This New Year's Eve ball was one of the reasons why we booked with you for so long. This is always included with other travel companies. After a complaint at reception and a long back and forth, we were suddenly offered two seats for a fee of €100.00 per person. We rejected this out of a lack of understanding, as we had booked our trip inclusively over the New Year. Unfortunately, we are very disappointed and dissatisfied for this reason. Unfortunately, this time the initial medical advice was not optimal. However, this could still be clarified. Maybe something in the sauna area could be improved. In a steam sauna, the steam jet comes too directly to the legs. A slightly larger Finnish sauna would be a big improvement

The rooms are very small, even if the bathrooms are spacious. Two chairs, a small table, and a television pinned to the wall creates a stiff neck. With a few exceptions, the staff is, I would say, coolly friendly. But please, we still felt very comfortable and would definitely like to come back.
