The treatment is aimed at eliminating the causes of the development of the syndrome, including switching to a fractional diet on a sparing diet, taking painkillers for pain syndrome and prescribed medication by the treating gastroenterologist. If necessary, surgical drainage and restoration of normal bile duct passability are performed.
