Positives
The sanatorium is clean and quite comfortable, not noisy. Treatment, relaxation, location - everything was great -5/5! There is a lot of greenery and parks around, near the sanatorium there is a shopping center and restaurants, if necessary. The staff is attentive, trying to understand and explain everything despite very limited English/Russian. The doctor speaks Russian well. The sanatorium is small, so the staff knows all the vacationers. The attitude and punctuality of the medical staff is excellent, they treat their work responsibly. The menu in the dining room is quite varied, mostly healthy Czech cuisine. There are several types of coffee available for breakfast. It was nice to see white tablecloths :)
We would come to this sanatorium on vacation again.

Motion activated light is too sensitive, reacts even to a moving shadow from the bedroom, to have a small night light would be much better. Our beds were squeaking. There are no TV programs in English except news, no books in English or Russian in a library

In general, the attitude of the staff is positive, but communication did not work, especially when explaining what and where it hurts, and what sensations the patient has during the procedure is almost impossible to convey, everything is done using gestures.

Но у нас мед. персонал и главный врач говорит на русском языке (как и остальной персонал). Меню (на терминале, где вы выбирали его) в столовой только на чешском языке, но, когда вы бы хотели ( я или мы это не знали) была бы такая возможность, что кто нибудь из персонала к вам (наверное наш диетолог) и с его помощью в начале вашего пребывания вы бы выбирали блюда из меню. Мы приносим свои извинения за то, что не предложили это без вашего запроса.
Номер, который у вас был, был стандартным, номера выбираются для свободной капациты (емкости) номеров, нет для наших гостей.

I have been coming to the Judita sanatorium for 3 years in a row. I like almost everything: check-in is fast, the rooms are large, the treatment is excellent, the attitude of the staff is excellent. Many people don’t really like the food, but this year the breakfast buffet is quite varied. Dinner is also normal (this is with two meals a day). Very good location, 10 minutes to the center.

Of the minuses: the floors in the rooms are very creaky and there is no kettle in the room (probably, you could take a kettle at the reception, as they give you a hairdryer)

They did not explain to us that the dish for dinner had to be chosen in advance on the computer, several days in advance. As a result, we had to eat pasta for dinner 4 days in a row. Since our train was late on the day of arrival, we did not have time for dinner. Unfortunately, they didn’t leave us dinner, but there was no drinking water in the room either. Water is provided at lunch in the canteen. Since we didn’t eat at lunchtime at the sanatorium (half board), for the first three days they forgot to give us drinking water, and we didn’t even know that we needed to get it. These are the organizational shortcomings. With water, you can organize everything easier if you put it directly in the rooms. Then visitors will immediately have drinking water in their room, regardless of the type of food they eat. Well, the main and biggest negative: this is the cook: the meat is dry, the pasta is overcooked, the potatoes are watery, the rice is undercooked. And so every dinner. So the cook just needs to be changed.
The sanatorium is perfectly located, good treatment, friendly staff, spacious rooms.

Forgive us, we have never encountered such ugly and poorly prepared food at all, although we were in Marianske Lazne 4 times in hotels also 3 *. Although on your website it is written that dietary meals are provided if necessary, if you can call this food normal, then it is simply terrible For breakfast, 2 or 3 cuts, sometimes an omelette , sometimes eggs, flakes and yogurt, fruits cut into small pieces and that’s all for 2 weeks. For dinner, order a side dish undercooked and 40g of meat if it’s beef or pork, and the chicken was given incomprehensibly, everything was so fried that there was nothing to eat. True, 3 times they gave the only fish the pleasure of eating. They tortured us as a side dish with potatoes; there was simply nothing to eat. We don’t need delicacies for breakfast, we could cook porridge, give cottage cheese, etc. And if you saw what salads day after day they were just a culinary masterpiece. They cut tomatoes and cucumbers, peppers and for some reason all this floats in the water. Or they cut white and red cabbage without oil. coarse salt, as if salted. There was no dessert at all, there were 2 times, but not for everyone if you didn’t come by 5 p.m. then you won’t get it. These were the salads we had all 2 weeks. The sanatorium is very well equipped with the latest medical technology and skillfully uses it for treatment. The water is very strong and effective. Various baths straighten people literally before our eyes. It is not used for drinking. An alternative to drinking water can be purchased at any pharmacy. The staff of the sanatorium treats visitors from Russia very carefully. Good treatment is truly the strong point of the sanatorium. 1.5 liters of good water were given daily. This is a plus for the resort.

The portions are large and deliciously prepared, but the salads somehow don’t work out well. They say we have a cake, but there is a problem with the cherry. Either there is no time to prepare or there is no desire, it’s hard to say. The people in the sanatorium mean a lot and there shouldn’t be any problems with finances. The building is located near a park, there is room for a walk; The service staff is mostly friendly; all prescribed procedures were completed on time; the furniture in the room is new; cable TV and free internet; light cleaning of the room daily (except Saturday and Sunday). Steamed them white in the bathrooms.

The procedures haven’t helped yet, maybe because of the short stay: 7 days, 21 procedures + 2 bonus ones (probably a visit to the pool). The Military Sanatorium took a trip to Judita because there were no other places. I recommend taking it to the Imperial or Beethoven at a later date (located in the center of Teplice, more modern buildings and equipment, procedures are a little more expensive, but the time for example of a massage is not 15 minutes as in Judita, but 20 minutes, Beethoven is now closed for restoration ), at least in Kamenny, it is next to the Military Sanatorium. From this I concluded: apparently their financial situation is difficult, they are saving on everything.
This is a combination of business and pleasure. We rested and improved our health. Before lunch, 4-5 procedures, after lunch, excursions and walks around this cozy town and its surroundings. We even visited Dresden and its legendary gallery. And what a botanical garden is in Teplice, especially during the golden autumn. And the most wonderful medicine that I had to take in doses was, of course, excellent Czech BEER. Like this.
I wrote that the quality of treatment is good, because... I have nothing to compare with - I was in a sanatorium for the first time in my life. I really liked the work of the staff - no queues for procedures, the staff, although they did not understand everything in Russian, always tried to understand and, if problems arose, to help. Well, whether the treatment helped or not, we’ll find out later; the back and leg, which was once broken, will hurt or will hurt, but less.

As I already noted, the quality of the food is poor - I can’t say that I didn’t have enough food - there was enough, it’s just that for the most part it was not tasty. Only the bread was very tasty, but this is not the merit of the sanatorium. Thanks to the waitresses - they tried to somehow brighten up this negativity, i.e. if we asked to bring meat without sauce (which immediately caused heartburn), they brought it. Yes, the review was written not by Galina Akhyan, but by Elena Senatorova - we vacationed together.
I would like to note that the treatment was really high quality, thorough, the doctor’s appointment was not formal, there were no complaints about the quality of the procedures. I would especially like to mention the massage, we were very pleased. Good location, beautiful park and city in general.

Separately, it is necessary to highlight the terrible food, we have never encountered anything like this anywhere, the sanatorium definitely needs to change something in this regard, and there are complaints both about the assortment, or rather the lack thereof, and about the quality of the dishes. The schedule of procedures is very inconvenient and they are not ready to meet halfway to make the scheme as comfortable and convenient for clients as possible; we have not encountered anything like this in other sanatoriums in the Czech Republic.
Hello, we liked everything, the food is normal, there is a choice of 5 items, we were never hungry, the treatment is excellent, check before the trip in what currency they accept payment, there is no need to compare Turkish holidays with Czech treatment, if you are not satisfied with the food there are a lot of restaurants around with quite humane prices.
