We have already been to sanatoriums in Italy, Lithuania, Slovenia, and Hungary, so we have something to compare with. Rest and treatment in this Czech sanatorium were at a very high level. Normal accommodation in a basic room, excellent breakfast, very decent dinner with a choice of 5 dishes (we did not take lunch). The treatment procedures themselves deserve high praise. Very attentive attitude towards patients, when on the second day we asked to replace one of the procedures with some others, everything was done quickly and without problems. I really liked the city of Teplice itself - ancient, cozy, beautiful. We recommend it to everyone!

My husband and I were on vacation at the sanatorium. The sanatorium has a good location in the very center of the city, and at the same time, next to beautiful parks. You can walk at different distances; there are many benches in the parks. Restaurants, shops, if necessary, everything is close. The city itself is very cozy and beautiful. Check-in to the room was quick. The rooms are stylishly decorated. They have everything you need. The only thing missing was a kettle. The room had a beautiful view that lifted our spirits in any weather. I really liked the comfort of the mattresses and pillows - I slept better than at home. The room cleaning was excellent, towels were changed every day. Gowns for procedures were selected according to size. As for the treatment: I really liked the thermal pool, thermal water baths, individual physical therapy (excellent instructor), good electrical treatments. Special thanks for the Belinska Kiselka water brought to the sanatorium. In general, I would also like to note the friendliness of the medical staff, plus the fact that all procedures are performed exactly at the appointed time. The medical staff speak Russian to varying degrees, but there were no problems in communication. By the way, there were the fewest Russian-speaking vacationers. Mostly Czechs, Germans, Arabs. But, if you suddenly get bored, nearby on Lazenskaya Street in the Pelican information center, Russian-speaking girls will provide you with any information about Teplitz, organize excursions, and arrange introductory meetings. As for the Internet, it works well only on the ground floor next to the reception. But with a deposit of 40 euros, at our request, they gave us a router and connected it in the room, and the Internet was excellent! In general, I liked the rest and treatment at the sanatorium. Of the minuses: 1) Some reception staff speak poorly not only Russian, but also English. This is very strange, given the large number of vacationers from different countries. 2) The massage was weak. This is not our first time in sanatoriums in the Czech Republic, and there is something to compare with. I consider this a significant disadvantage for a sanatorium where the musculoskeletal system is treated. In addition, trainees worked at the sanatorium for a couple of days. I believe that we paid money not to study for us, but to receive quality treatment. If a trainee has worked and learned, then let a specialist work after him! For me personally, the massage procedures, which I really counted on, were useless. 3) I would like that during procedures such as magnetic therapy and others, during which one has to lie on a narrow couch, the patient would be helped to at least sit down after the procedure. 4) No tests or radiogram were done upon admission. 5) If kettles are not allowed in the rooms, then it would be nice for the sanatorium to install coolers with hot and cold drinking water in the corridors 6) With a large variety of main courses, soups are not successful. All soups have some kind of seasoning added, such as Maggi or Knorr, which makes them over-salted and with the same artificial taste. There are many dishes with gravies, which also add salt to the dish. In general, the food resembles a good canteen, but not a restaurant. 7) During the 8 days of staying at the sanatorium, the bed linen was not changed even once, which is strange for a 4-star establishment. 8) It would be nice for the sanatorium to provide guests with umbrellas for rent.

There are no problems with the Russian language. There is a small thermal pool with hydromassage jets for group exercises, which can be visited free of charge daily. On the contrary, the Beethoven sanatorium has a huge thermal pool for 6 € / visit. And I liked the food. The portions are large and tasty. Lunches and dinners upon reservation with a choice of hot dishes from 5 options; The breakfast buffet is more varied than in many European 4* hotels. The hotel is located in a beautiful well-kept park. It is possible to go on Russian-language excursions. I was there in the second half of August. Without air conditioning in the room it was quite difficult, especially at night. At the reception you can borrow a fan as a deposit, which partially alleviated, but did not solve the problem.

The food was monotonous, meat, potatoes, noodles for vegetarians, almost nothing, fresh cucumbers were tasty the first few days, but then they went sour all the time. The first two dishes (out of five) were freshly prepared, the other 3 were from yesterday's leftovers, sometimes all the leftovers were simply mixed together and it was called TART (as for pigs). For dinner, hot water, tea and coffee were served for money. The staff during the procedures were not attentive, there was a ban on hot baths, they put you in a hot bath all the time, the last massage was done by a girl who simply stroked her. Despite my request to book a room with windows to the garden or the street, sent to you in advance and transmitted (as I was answered in an email) to the sanatorium, I was given a room with windows to the courtyard. After a conversation the next day after my arrival, Monday, with The administration of the sanatorium promised to transfer me to another room in two days. A new room was provided not two days later, but only a week later, with a window onto the garden, but it was impossible to stay in it due to the monstrous smell of smoking. If you don’t like it, move back to your room - I was told at the reception (the next day they washed the carpet in this room with soap). Which is what I did. At the same time, what is most amazing is that the Cesarski Lazne sanatorium was empty during my two-week stay!! There was one shift in the canteen and no more than 25 people. All treatment rooms were always free. I consider this behavior of the administration to be rudeness, probably directed against the Russians. The vacation was ruined. There are no carbon bags of procedures and injections are given only 2 injections compared to other sanatoriums in the Czech Republic in which we were treated. Also, on one of the days of treatment, the pool was closed due to a very high chlorine content and there were severe rashes on the body in the calves, and on the father in the chest area. For breakfast, if you do not come at the beginning of 7:30, then at 8:30 everything cold and not heated. Breakfast until 9:30. Also, food is practically not renewed, that is, there was no semolina porridge an hour before the end of breakfast, and the oatmeal was a sticky homogeneous mass that I didn’t want to eat. You have to ask the table to remove the plates that were left from the people who ate before you. Moreover, the waiter removed the plates, but wiped the table and there were no crumbs. There was very little food, you even had to ask for boiling water to be poured. Dessert, and these are the cheapest cookies I've seen in Alberta, as well as buns after lunch and for dinner are closed. That is, it is not allowed. Arabs can have dessert, Europeans cannot. Once I came up for lunch and took dessert, the waiter ran up to me and asked me to put it back. The juices are extremely diluted and not only are they impossible to drink, but they are also only for breakfast, not for lunch or dinner. С марихуанoй у нас прoблем никoгда не былo, скoрее всегo, этo был специфический запах oт арoматических вoстoчных палoчек , кoтoрые арабские клиенты oчень любят. 2. Пoсле ваннoй прoцедуры рекoмендoванo пoлежать и пoбыть в тепле, нo этo не является прoдoлжением прoцедуры. Мнoгие клиенты предпoчитают этo делать в свoем нoмере и персoнал к этoму привык. Нo мы передали заведущей бальнеoлoгии Ваше замечание, чтoбы персoнал инфoрмирoвал клиентoв o вoзмoжнoсти пoлежать сразу пoсле прoцедуры. 3. Газoвые укoлы делают в места, указанные врачoм .И если, например, врач назначил в шейный и пoясничный oтделы пoзвoнoчника, тo укoлы делают чередуя oбласти и всегда пo oднoму с каждoй стoрoны. 4. Питание, сoгласнo пoжеланию клента, мoжет быть 3-х или 2-х разoвoе. Нo питаться в рестoранчиках всегда дoрoже. 5. Прoцедуры назначаются oт 8:00 дo 16:00. Лечение прoхoдит oднoвременнo oт 100 дo 150 челoвек. Невoзмoжнo всем назначить прoцедуры так, чтoбы дo 12 часoв клиент был свoбoден. К прoсьбам клиентoв, пo мере вoзмoжнoсти, всегда прислушиваемся. А вoт арабский клиент начинает лечение, как правилo, с 11 часoв. У них другoй ритм жизни, чем у еврoпейцев.
