We underwent treatment in this sanatorium in February 2018. The approach to everyone is different, depending on the health situation. The staff is friendly and attentive. I would like to note the head doctor - a professional in his field. There were three of us traveling - 2 adults and a 2 year old child. They charged for the accommodation of 3 people, but they put us in a double room + cot. Linen is changed every 7 days (you don’t have to go there earlier). Towels can be changed at least daily. Robes are provided, but slippers are not. Upon request, hygiene products are added - shampoo, gel, soap. In winter it blows from the windows. Although the building is old, renovations are carried out periodically. Full board. Breakfast is a buffet...everything you need (porridge, scrambled eggs, scrambled eggs, yoghurts, cereals, cheeses, sausages, vegetables, fruits, muffins and donuts, tea, coffee). Lunch and dinner must be chosen and ordered in advance...a choice of 5 dishes. Waiters don’t always remember to fill out the paperwork, so it’s better to keep track yourself. It is better not to take food during the second shift. Often, instead of your order, they bring you what is left from the first shift! For a person on a diet for health reasons, this is unacceptable! The procedures are all very useful and comfortable. You can purchase something additional to the classical treatment...everything can be discussed with your doctor. Overall the impression is not bad... but there is always a BUT...

The hotel is located in the city center, next to a park area where you can take a walk. very beautiful old building. The rooms were recently renovated, so everything is pretty new, beautiful interiors. I really liked the way they fed us, there was just an incredible amount of fresh different salads, the meat dishes were especially delicious. everything is super thought out, for example, there is a small children’s room next to the restaurant, you can eat in peace while the child plays. The treatment center is large and there is a swimming pool. I liked everything very much

I would also especially like to note that we bought some procedures in the neighboring building, there are special rehabilitation programs there, and the Lokomat device, I highly recommend it to anyone who has a child with cerebral palsy

The staff in the restaurant is not smiling and not very friendly. The food is very poor and at the level of a very average canteen. The rooms require renovation. The treatment rooms are shabby. The wifi signal is only in the lobby and is rather weak.
