My stay at the Alcor Hotel from October 18 to October 28, 2021. was excellent from the first minutes of arrival, starting from the reception desk. The team is very welcoming, friendly and attentive. The medical center deserves gratitude. Very attentive and qualified medical staff, they pay attention at any time of the day (the head doctor and nurses treat the patient very conscientiously. The hotel works very well with a tour agency, they offer very interesting excursions. I am very, very pleased with the excursions. The cuisine is excellent, tasty, no comments, a variety of dishes . Many thanks to the restaurant staff. The rooms are clean, they are cleaned on time. In general, I have a lot of impressions, I wish everyone who wants to improve their health and at the same time relax, visit the Alcor resort hotel. The location is very good, everything is close to the center, train station, bus station and all the infrastructure. Many thanks to the chief doctor Irina for professionalism, the treatment chosen correctly, massage therapist Rostislav, nurse Olya (underwater shower massage), meals awesome, the restaurant is comfortable as a 5-star in the UAE, staff at the reception is very friendly, special thanks to Irina and Galina at the reception of "Alkor Medical" for the correct schedule of the procedures.
