The most negative thing is that the treatment center is located in the basement and the pump room too; every day I had to go down 3 floors. I had knee replacement surgery; it was difficult for me and many patients with leg diseases to go down without an elevator. A prerequisite for me was the presence of a swimming pool, but, unfortunately, I only used it 2 times during the entire (20-day period), since the water in the pool was cold and I caught a cold, after which I had problems and did not take treatment for several days . There are not many free procedures, but massages, gas injections and other procedures are paid. I was in Teplice, Jáchymov, Marianske Lazne and there was no need to purchase paid procedures. The prescription of procedures is not very competent, usually after azokerite there should be a break of at least an hour, but they prescribe baths or a circular shower after 20 minutes, the time written in the treatment card is often not respected, you have to sit and wait. In general, I accepted all the free and many paid procedures prescribed to me, I really hope that it will help me,

It is desirable to have a bidet or a Turkish shower in the room. At departure the reception did not say goodbye to us very well - we were not wished a good trip, and most importantly did not wish to be returned to them. They said there would be no bellboy, and then we saw him take out luggage from other guests. They didn't help us with the luggage. We didn't expect to be treated this way when we left. Everything was fine, though.

The spa hotel was very clean, room cleaning was done every day, very high quality, thanks to the maids on the 4th floor. Our towels were changed every day. Maryan the administrator of the medical building was very attentive, attentive girls at the reception desk, always ready to help and always respond to any request. And of course we can not keep silent about the food: varied, delicious, in large quantities, if something ends, immediately put the next tray. Beautiful well-maintained park with magnificent sculptures. For walks - close to the lake and the forest. From the rest - only positive emotions!

Buses and transport of the hotel tour desk are completely zero! Without amenities and provision of front seats for disabled people. You can get to the hotel spa through many keys and partitions, just like through customs control!
