Hello, dear administrators of the Geneva sanatorium. I had the fortunate opportunity to stay, of course, for a fee in your sanatorium. A quarter of them prescribed by the gentleman did not work. The procedures that were prescribed were as simple as possible because... those that had an effect had to be paid. Often the service was simply not intended, out of all 4 water intakes only one was working, the other showed informatively that it was working but there was no water. It was very cold in the corridors in the treatment block where my wife and I caught a cold. The bed linen in the room was not changed during our stay , although we were guaranteed that it would change every 4 days.. Now about the food - the food was poorly prepared, almost every day almost every food changes during the day (nothing special was noticed). The staff treated the resting staff incorrectly, I had the feeling that I had come to their house and they should feed me in vain. There was constantly not enough food on the table, like butter, which was constantly missing, crernguste saVesela was not washed properly, often leftover food remained on the washed dishes. Tea has been like this since Soviet times, when I served it I had the feeling that I was in the 80s, there wasn’t much tea and every day the same thing.1, in addition to all this, passing by the bar, which is on the 1st floor , it also had an equally foreign smell, which was difficult to tolerate. The most visited saunas require repairs (damage to wood, poor lighting). These conditions are more imposed in order to leave the sanatorium a day earlier, because... can be tolerated. Comments made by other visitors, and I noticed that they were negative, but I had illusions that this could not be, but reality proved this to me. The room was cleaned only visually, there is a lot of dust in hidden places, the cabinets probably haven’t been wiped since then since the furniture was delivered. Dirty doors to the room and to the bathroom. The bed does not correspond to what is indicated on the website, visually it seems to be 2 people, but in fact it was assembled from 2 beds by a person who, while sleeping, constantly moves when returning, i.e. a set of beds. This room was a luxury suite. The location and building are good, but the mine in which he arrived does not cope with the location. The administration of this sanatorium needs to turn to face the visitors and not see them only phenomena and earned it. It took a long time to settle in, the room was initially destroyed, broken furniture, the lock did not open, torn curtains, they were replaced with another one, water often disappeared during procedures, there was no coffee beans and juices in the dining room (last year there was one), there was no kettle and refrigerator in the room (this happened last year), bathrobes were given out on the 4th day, during the week of stay the room was never cleaned (1 maid on 7 floors).

The rooms are a bit outdated and need renovation. The dryer in the bathroom did not work, some sockets did not work, there was draft from the windows and large gaps in the doors, you could hear everything that was happening in the corridor. The SPA center also requires renovation. There weren't enough towels, there was a lot of traffic on weekends, there weren't enough sunbeds and lockers.

There was no heating (the children and I slept in warm clothes and, of course, got sick), many elements in the room had not been repaired since last year (they were in last year's room), there was no light everywhere in the room. Of the two elevators, one often worked. Food was monotonous, not always healthy, there were no fruits and fermented milk products. There were no free seats for the procedure. Of the 14 proposed procedures, only 1 was recorded for a fee. Of the medicinal water in the hotel, only Naftusya was available. Such treatment and rest are not worth such money. Now you have to spend money on treatment after sanatorium recovery. We will not go to this sanatorium again!!!!!!!!

We just got back home, but we already miss Geneva. I want to write right away that we loved the hotel! We came to have a rest, so we didn't look for any flaws in repairs or food. We had a child's playground and a wonderful bedroom. There was a children's playground and a lovely spa area. The food was excellent, smorgasbord, there was a dietary menu. Good masseurs and all medical staff were smiling, punctual and very helpful. Thank you very much for a wonderful stay and we wish you much success and prosperity!
