It’s just that after the inspector arrives, the establishments are closed the next day. The next day, people come to work - and everything is sealed and, as they like in the USA, covered with tapes. Why did I write that - the canteen needs to be closed! Just close it. I'm surprised why the director doesn't see what the vacationers are fed! I'll tell you, I've never seen him in the dining room. People who came with vouchers go to the city center for lunch. What exactly - 1. Meatball soup without meatballs. 2. For the second chicken fillet - well, if you put a fifth of it, then that’s good. 3. Stewed cabbage - sweet for tea. 4. If you want coffee, there is no milk for coffee. 5. Vegetarian borscht - red water and a little cabbage. 6. There was one sweet, apparently made from leftover rice, and a sour one. And all the time. At the hotel, as I understand it, the struggle with sugar. But there should be a table for diabetics, and there should be sweets for tea, well at least not sour. In general, close the dining room and seal the hotel. I think they have three stars. Take away the stars if they are real. Or show the commission who awarded them three stars for such food. What should the food be like? Yes, it’s simple, they have a place to look, there’s a quick one in the center - Our region. I’m going to Truskavets again in March and will specifically ask whether they have put the food in order or not. Another minus is that you arrive in the evening and will be hungry until the morning. They can’t leave even buns for tea or cookies in the room. The attitude towards vacationers seems to be like this.

I can’t say that the food is very good, it also requires improvement both in taste and in serving and quality of preparation. If I have to end up in Truskavets again, first of all I will think before the choice falls on Shakhtar (Shakhtar). I will look for an alternative.

Diet food and I had enough. I was not hungry. I even felt some comfort in my stomach from this diet. It is very good that you pump your own in the sanatorium. It is very convenient. The water is the same as in the central pumping station. I compared the taste. During his stay in the sanatorium, he met and personally communicated with foreigners. Azerbaijanis and Poles are regular guests. But there were also guests from Germany, Italy, Saudi Arabia, the Arab Emirates, and Turkey. There were also our emigrants from the USA. This also says something. It would be bad here - they would not come. I had the opportunity to check the state of my health. The medical base here is good. I really liked the sauna. Here you can rent it personally for yourself or for a company. +110 degrees - it was good!!! And the pool is available. I was here for 12 days, together with my wife. During this time, he also had time to treat his teeth. The truth is not in the sanatorium itself, because during the quarantine the dentists ran away. As it seemed to me, Shahtar is located higher than other spa hotels and it's cooler here in summer. Room 307 overlooks the forest, the river and the Carpathians - the air is amazing. Medical staff of high qualification especially thanks L.M. Ponskaya (doctor endocrinologist) and J.T. Dikiy (urologist). The ultrasound found my problem in five minutes. I want to thank the girls for their magic hands in room 24 and 25, as well as Masha who check in and check out us. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The room was not large, but it was clear that it had recently been renovated, the furniture was modern, and the rooms were cleaned regularly. The food was very good, we had red caviar for breakfast a couple of times, and there was always fruit: apples, bananas, kiwi. I especially liked the musician in the evenings in the hotel lobby! The location is very good, not far from the center and the pump room. Despite the fact that the sanatorium has its own water, we went to the pump room to drink water. We will definitely come again if possible!!!!

After all, this is a sanatorium where you want to rest, and it's frankly stressful. On the 5th floor, the walls are thin, you can hear the neighbors, if you don't sleep well, keep that in mind. The territory of the sanatorium is not large, but I hope that paths will be laid where you can take a walk in the evening.
