The Aquahouse Hotel is located at the St. Constantine and Elena resort, 25 meters from the private beach. The distance from the center of Varna to the resort is about 9 km. The hotel complex occupies an area of 6,000 sq. m, surrounded by a pine forest, and was opened in 2022.

Treatments also utilize sulfide mud from Burgas and unique local lye, a highly mineralized product of evaporated seawater. More than 15 types of massages, spa rituals, scrubs, peels, and rejuvenating facial and body treatments, as well as over 15 therapeutic procedures, are available.
The wellness area of the hotel offers 11 mineral water pools, 5 types of saunas, a hammam, a salt room, a fitness room, outdoor exercise equipment, and relaxation areas. The pools include a rehabilitation pool and a children's pool with a slide. Bars are available near the pool and on the beach.
From Monday to Saturday, guests can enjoy free classes in water gymnastics, yoga, aqua zumba, gong therapy, and meditation, with the current schedule available at the hotel. For children aged 4 to 12, there is a club with animators and many entertainment options, while older children can enjoy a room with a ping-pong table, table football, and billiards.

On one side, the windows overlook the sea, pools, and the summer terrace of the restaurant, while on the other side, they face the pine park. Near the hotel, there is a hair salon, shops, and other useful resort infrastructure elements.
The rooms, as well as the hotel overall, are new and comfortable. If you value peace and quiet, I recommend booking rooms with a park view. Sea view rooms, especially on the lower floors, can be noisy due to the proximity to the pools and summer terrace. The hotel has more than 10 elevators, so the large number of guests does not cause any inconvenience.
A major advantage is the proximity of the private beach, which is literally a minute's walk away. However, note that you will need to descend a small staircase, which may be problematic for guests with musculoskeletal disorders. Sunbeds, umbrellas, and beach towels are provided free of charge for hotel guests.
Dining and treatments at the hotel are organized at a high level. There are 9 bars and a restaurant, offering a variety of dishes and drinks to suit every taste. The treatment uses natural healing factors: marine climate, medicinal mud, Black Sea lye, and mineral water. There is also a drinking fountain installed in the hotel.
