This is a spa hotel, not a sanatorium, they provide the following services: massage, mud, meadows, ultrasound, electrical procedures, the spa has saunas and a swimming pool! We were there in January - there were few people and everything was free, in the summer there are probably a lot of people and the workload is high, the service is good, the food is beyond praise, but still it is a spa! The hotel corresponds to its purpose - excellent location practically on the seashore, well-kept territory, a room with a sea view already contributes to a good mood, the room is cleaned daily, there is a coffee machine, the first filling of the bar is free, there is a robe and towels for the spa. Procedures for every taste after a doctor's examination, the spa area includes mineral pools (there is an outdoor warm pool and an outdoor dry sauna), various saunas, a salt room, a bar. The food in the morning and evening is fresh, varied, for every taste. The hotel is located near Varna, where you can go if you wish. I liked everything, everyone was polite, attentive, especially the men at the reception! Special thanks to the massage therapist Leo. Super SPA. The pool outside is warm, the weather was wonderful from October 15 to 22. They didn't give me a 10% discount for 3 procedures, but okay, these are trifles. I would like to thank roni from the house keeping staff and Olga from the spa secretary staff for exceptional service! Also, the pools were amazing, clean, warm! The treatments were great and in general we would like to come back!Negatives
A few thing I would like to mention: 1. The food- more than one occasion I got raw chicken meat and raw beef that were on the grill station. The pasta was overcooked every single time, impossible to eat. Very rarely I saw fresh bread, it was always cold and hard like a stone. The seasoning was very off- the pasta souces were bland and tasteless like store bought with zero seasoning and you could tell it was not made fresh but from a can. Other examples include salty soups, chicken livers… 2. The pool towels- it was very uncomfortable to go up and look for the cleaning lady every time we needed a fresh pool towel. Most of the time she wasn’t even on the floor. Why wouldn’t you make a towel changing station by the pool? Why do I need to use the same cold and wet towel all day long? 3. The toilets in the room- we had a toilet with a see-through door and it was horrible! No privacy, very uncomfortable and frustrating.Answer from Ensana Aquahouse Hotel

I would like to thank you for my vacation in Bulgaria. I have long dreamed of going on vacation to the resort village of St. Constantine and Elena. In October, my dream came true. From the world of gray German workdays, I found myself in a real Paradise. The hotel almost corresponds to the 5-star category. I liked the room, the treatment system, and the Bulgarian national cuisine. There are minor shortcomings, but they can be easily eliminated. It's a shame that I only had a week of unused vacation. From Monday to Friday, I received 14 medical procedures. I visited the doctor twice. I would like to note the high professional level of the doctors and physiotherapists. But for full rehabilitation, it would be better to come for two weeks. I will try to come here with your help at the beginning of autumn next year, but for two weeks. I would like to finish my short review with the chorus from the song performed by the famous singer Emil Dimitrov: "My country is my Bulgaria!" The hotel is really 5stars hotel. it is well- maintained. The room is large, wonderfully clean, and each room has a balcony. That is a big plus. The housekeeping staff deserves great praise for their meticulous cleaning work! The dinner buffet dishes were delicious with incredible variety. The hotel's SPA staff is very nice.The reception ladies worked very hard to make sure that their guests are satisfied with the procedures' schedule. The breakfast menu was monotonous, not variety at all. The same dishes every morning. There was no hot water to drink at dinner. Coffee and tea were at extra charge. This is quite understandable, but for simple hot drinking water to have with dinner meals at additional fee - it's unimaginable and ridiculous. Unfortunately, At the hotel's SPA there are some therapists without having any idea about human body ,and knowing from which side and how to approach the client.This applies to massage in particular,if stroking up and down can be called a massage at all ? We stayed at the sanatorium from 22.09 to 29.09, except that we had a wonderful rest and at the same time received very good health treatments, I have nothing to add! All!!! staff is very attentive! The rooms are very large and clean! We had a late check-out planned, for a small surcharge we stayed in our room until 18.00, which was very convenient! Many thanks to everyone!
