We vacationed together with our adult daughter at the Vilnius SPA hotel from 12/30/2016 to 01/07/2016. We are very pleased with our vacation. A hotel for a truly complete vacation. I really wanted peace and relaxation, we were a little afraid of New Year’s Eve, but I was pleasantly surprised by the silence, a few fireworks on the street and.. everyone got what they wanted from their vacation. Cozy, calm place, with well-working staff in all places. And about the beauty of the location itself, you can tell a separate story, although it cannot be described or conveyed in words. This is already my 3rd visit to Druskininkai and I will gladly return there and to this hotel.Negatives

Wonderful sanatorium. The entire organization - hotel booking, provision of all information, transfer, instant response in the form of comprehensive answers to all questions on the website, polite, helpful, highly professional staff at all levels, from security, reception to doctors, healthy, very tasty, varied food indicating the calorie content of the dishes, organization and quality of massage regardless of the massage therapist (full 30 minutes, comfortable waiting, invitation, friendliness, relaxation room after the massage with herbal tea), work of physical therapy instructors (kinesitherapy, gym, exercises in a vertical bath), the protective regime, the organization of departure - everything deserves the best assessment. Thank you all so much! We have rested and been treated in many places, but this hotel turned out to be the best. We will definitely come back here again. Already recommending to friends.Negatives

The quality of treatment is very good (except for baths). The food is wonderful both in terms of variety and quality of preparation, the accommodation is satisfactory (the standard room is quite modest and small), the work of the staff is wonderful (very attentive, professional), the location of the sanatorium is good. I really liked the procedure - vertical bath. Wonderful pool. Excellent herbal teas in the bar and in the relaxation room after a massage. Good instructors in the gym and exercises. If a married couple is traveling with an already known treatment program, then it would be a good idea to schedule the time of the procedures as close to each other as possible. Poor room cleaning, they don't even try to make the beds properly. Just as the sheet was wrinkled after sleep, it was in the same condition after the room was cleaned.
