Very positive emotions. We were at the Sansouci Hotel for almost two weeks. The combination of price and quality is excellent! The rooms are renovated, high-quality bathroom renovation. Cleaning every day, no complaints. Bed linen is changed once a week. Restaurant - buffet - varied menu. Until the last day, the cook surprised us with something new. The restaurant staff is very attentive. My special admiration is the white ironed tablecloths... Super! In general, the staff is friendly and always ready to help. I communicated in Russian without any problems. Treatment is varied. Open from Monday to Friday. The treatment rooms are spacious. There are separate paid procedures. All liked it. By and large, there is nothing negative. (Not for that price))) There are several observations that I hope will be useful. - If you want to relax in a small cozy hotel, then this is not the place for you. It's not that it's unbearably noisy, but it's a large hotel with three buildings. We woke up every morning around six, when, as I understand it, the staff started working. In addition, there is a road nearby, there is not much traffic, but cars drive by until twelve at night. It didn't bother us too much, but it's noticeable. - If you are a fan of saunas, swimming pools, etc., then perhaps this is not really for you. For such a large hotel, the SPA is clearly not enough. Saunas didn't really inspire me. Sauna-hamam for three people - difficult to get there. There are two steam rooms: one for general use, the other for ladies. They provide sheets and towels for them. The bathtub is shared, everyone also changes clothes in the dressing room together. You can change clothes behind the curtain in the shower. There were virtually no problems with space here. If there is no place in the ladies' area, you could always go to the general one, if naked bodies don't bother you.... Jacuzzi for 4 people - it was also not always possible to get there. The pool is large - it’s usually quite crowded, but it’s enough. Probably because of the coronavirus, the sessions were 50 minutes long. I really hope that this is temporary, because it wasn’t really possible to not take a steam bath or swim in 50 minutes. Overall, I am very pleased with my vacation and thank Hotel Sansouci for a wonderful time. Thank you.
