The information was deliberately misleading. The treatments did not even reach basic standards and were simply primitive. The only beneficiary was the company, which managed with a minimal workforce. It's unbelievable that in addition to the already overpriced price of 1,112.00 euros, I also had to pay 36.00 euros per hour for tickets to the only thermal spring in a spa hotel! The room was disgusting with a completely dirty carpet. The food could only compete with the cheapest canteen. The hotel staff was extremely unfriendly. I deeply regret every single hour I spent there.
