I rate Kurhotel Grandhotel Abassador as very good! The senior doctor and the entire staff are competent, helpful, friendly and professional. Location is very good. There is parking for a fee. Food was delicious and varied. Always my pleasure!

Sanatoriums.com portal was quite OK. But when we phoned them being at the entrance of Bristol hotel having problems, the woman who answered the phone promised to call us back and she didn't. So we didn't get any help from there. We liked Karlovy Vary and did our best to explore it.

A calm, quiet place, a pleasant atmosphere to stroll leisurely, breathe the air, admire the architecture, drink medicinal water and take treatments. There are many Russian-speaking vacationers, comfortable for those who do not speak foreign languages.
