No one will go hungry. There is meat, fish, and vegetables. At the reception they were very attentive to all my requests. I recommend this hotel to everyone. The hotel has a swimming pool and saunas. This is not a minus, but a request. Reduce portions of hot food for women. They are very big, and it’s impossible not to finish them because they are so delicious. There are no cons.

The cozy, almost homely atmosphere of the Iris sanatorium impressed us very much. During the entire stay there was not a single unpleasant moment. The staff does an excellent job: from check-in to treatment procedures. Since the hotel is very compact, there was no need to wait in lines anywhere. All procedures were carried out exactly on time. The nurses are very friendly and attentive to requests. Dr. Yuri Onisko also charmed us: the initial appointment was not at all formal and took even more time than was allotted. I questioned everything in detail, examined it, and got acquainted with the sanatorium-resort map. By the way, I advise you not to be lazy before your arrival and prepare a sanatorium-resort card at your clinic. This will save you time and money on vacation. The doctor prescribed us a drinking course, and my husband and I had different sources. As for the cleanliness in the sanatorium, it was also excellent. Cleaning every day, excellent bed, slept like a baby. I really liked the food: dietary, but varied and very tasty. The portions are simply huge. The buffet selection is not very diverse, but we were satisfied with everything. Anyone who loves desserts will be disappointed: everything is very modest. But I’m indifferent to them, so I liked everything. The location of the sanatorium is excellent, the springs are very close. A pleasant walk 3 times a day has never hurt anyone. There was a swimming pool next to our room. At first we were tense, but then we appreciated all the charm: when we had free time, we immediately ran to the pool and swam there for hours in the absence of other guests. I got the impression that many people simply did not know about the existence of a swimming pool, sauna, jacuzzi and other delights.Negatives

The employees of the Iris Spa Hotel are a friendly team of professionals, ready to make your vacation unforgettable. The sanatorium is distinguished by a high level of service and good medical facilities. Dr. Y. Onisko is an example of a doctor’s attention and love for his patient. All his appointments are individual based on your health condition. This is not our first time in Iris and we returned here because this is where we feel care and attention. My husband caught a cold, but he was not allowed to get sick by the care of his older sister, Mrs. Tanya, who brewed herbs for my husband in a thermos. Additional procedures were immediately prescribed without payment (inhalation). I liked the breakfast, lunch and dinner. Very friendly waiters. The sanatorium is perfectly located. Quiet street. The hotel is located in a very convenient location. It is small and therefore gives the impression of intimacy. The guests feel like truly guests. The staff is very welcoming and friendly. The doctor is a wonderful specialist and a friendly person. Recommendations for treatment are also given for the future. The food is varied and very delicious. You can always choose dietary dishes. Everything is as the doctor ordered. The procedures are always strictly on time, I never had to wait. I will definitely try to come back here.

The size of the room is a little small for a long stay of 2 people at the resort. There is practically no hallway area, you can only hang one wet jacket. the second one will no longer allow you to open the front door. I would like to have a wall clock in each room. I would like to extend the time for dinner by at least an hour.

Sanatorium Iris is a compact sanatorium where up to 50 people can relax at the same time. In this regard, the staff is more attentive to each vacationer. There are no complaints about the work of the staff. I would especially like to mention nurse Tatiana, massage therapist Eduard, young specialist Carolina, excellent specialists, professionals in their field. Of course, the doctor at the sanatorium is excellent. The waiters work impeccably. When I needed to have breakfast before the restaurant's opening hours, the waiters went above and beyond. Fairly good food. The comfortable swimming pool, although small, is open until 22:00. There is evening tea, excellent service. The rooms are clean and bright. Excellent quality bed linen. Soundproofing in the rooms suffers. There was an unpleasant smell in my room, but it should be noted that after my request, the maids did additional cleaning, which corrected the situation. There is only one elevator, and sometimes you had to wait. For some reason, some procedures are shortened in time. Water treatments here do not end with relaxing on a couch, as is done in other hotels.

I cannot fully evaluate the quality of treatment, since I only rested for one week. My goal was, in fact, not treatment, but relaxation. I really liked the massage, pearl baths and salt cave (for an extra charge of 5 euros), beautician (commercial service at the Eliška Hotel). The staff is attentive, polite and unobtrusive, speaks good Russian. In the library you can find books in Russian. The kitchen is beyond praise. For breakfast there is a buffet, for lunch and dinner you can choose from 6 dishes, most of which include fish (salmon, pike, carp, perch) and meat (chicken, venison, veal, rabbit). Everything is very delicious. Lots of vegetables and fruits, porridge for breakfast. We were allowed to take tea into our room in a small teapot. The room is spacious, with a comfortable bed and a large plasma. The balcony overlooked the courtyard. The hotel is located close to the springs and a beautiful forest if you go the other way. I had a great time and would love to come again.Negatives
Price - I have already heard from many hotel guests about the future price increase in the new year. I wouldn't want to. The card did not work a couple of times at the entrance to the room, the problem was quickly resolved by the administrators. Some guests (not me) were given robes with holes from previous guests. In my opinion, this is somehow ugly for a hotel like Iris. The wall lamps in my room (which, by the way, provide a very cozy light, unlike the rest of the lamps in the room) began to buzz a little when turned on. It's a small thing, but it was annoying. The soap dish in my room was never washed, was it because there was already soap in it? The disadvantages are minor; overall, the stay at the Iris Hotel was wonderful and flew by unnoticed.

We purposefully went to the Iris sanatorium (we had already been there in 2016). Consistently friendly attitude and professionalism of all employees. The doctor and medical staff are beyond praise. Special respect to the chefs - the menu is varied, dietary and at the same time everything is delicious. The girls in the restaurant and Lyubomir, those on duty at the reception, are very pleasant and ready to help. Thank you. The treatment and stay met our expectations - we will come here again if possible.
