Homely, cozy hotel. The optimum ratio of price and quality. The food may not be very varied, but it is of high quality and is designed for a not entirely healthy stomach (the meat is soft, not fried). The service staff is beyond praise. Iva and Arthur are always attentive during the procedures and always go above and beyond. The administrators are helpful and polite. The waiters work quickly, Stefan is a godsend for the hotel. And Ivanka has soul and golden hands. During our entire stay, we did not have a single negative moment. Yes, the hotel is a little old, and the room and safe are locked with an ordinary key, but we treated this as a vintage feature. I can confidently recommend this hotel for those who are looking for an inexpensive but decent hotel. ANegatives

They allowed me to leave my things during a trip to Prague for two days. We were very lucky with the guide Olena Reznikova, a knowledgeable and passionate person to the Czech Republic and Prague. Therefore, the excursion to Prague turned into a wonderful fairy tale, where, in addition to the main attractions, we walked through the small streets of Prague. The hotel is located in the center of the resort area. All healing springs are within walking distance. The funicular leading to the Diana Tower is in the next street. The staff is attentive and responsive to requests. Breakfast in buffet format, lunch and dinner to choose from the menu. The menu is varied, there are dietary dishes. The rooms are warm.

Not a bad little private hotel. Its advantages are that you can choose your own procedures, naturally after consulting with your doctor. All procedures take place until 13-14 maximum and then free time. The staff is friendly. We lived in an apartment overlooking the river, cleaned daily. Breakfast is buffet, and you can choose between lunch or dinner. We alternated because we had half board. The downside is that it is far from the colonnade, about 10 minutes on foot, but this did not bother us.

We rested at the hotel from 10/14/18. We drove in a good mood and a desire to relax. Our stay at the resort exceeded our expectations. The sanatorium is located in a very convenient location, not far from the springs, the double room overlooking the courtyard is small, but quite cozy. Several Russian channels, Wi-Fi works well. The staff is polite and attentive. Normal room cleaning, towels changed as needed, shampoo and shower gel replenished regularly. The food is excellent: tasty, varied. The portions are large and beautifully presented. Lots of fruits, several vegetable salads, pastries, and an assortment of tea. The medical department is small, but there is everything for receiving health and restorative procedures. Iva and Arthur will help you with this. If you have no unnecessary pretensions and just want to relax and gain strength, then this is the place for you. Full price-quality ratio. But if you are looking for specks of dust or the thickness of the towels does not suit you, then the Pupp Hotel is nearby (four times more expensive). The hotel left a double impression, there were both pros and cons. The location of the hotel is excellent! A nice plus is the accommodation with increased comfort - thank you. Good work by the medical staff - polite, friendly, helpful when creating a schedule. The preparation and serving of hot dishes in the restaurant is very good, tasty, large portions. Fruits for breakfast and dinner are good, in assortment. A change in a restaurant where the waiter is an older man (most likely Czech) is excellent. A shift where the waiter is a woman is good at breakfast, but she’s always in a hurry in the evening at dinner, saying that you have to come earlier in order to have time to eat before 19:00 (dinner is scheduled until 19:30), this, in my opinion, is wrong, incorrect! The room-apartment is spacious, beautifully furnished, there is a large flat-screen TV, a refrigerator, and a very large wardrobe. Between satisfactory and good, you can evaluate the work of the reception, it depends on the shift and the person. Many people are the first to not say hello and do not look friendly and interested in the client (especially the day shift). The main disadvantage is that they often give out worn out, shabby linen. Very often the towels were thin and had holes. On the first day we moved in, there was a sheet with a hole and a towel with holes in it. This is unacceptable, especially since the hotel is 4 stars. The work of the cleaners is poorly organized, you have to go and ask. There were two days when the garbage was not taken out. The torn slippers were never replaced, it’s good that they were still their own. In recent days, the cleaning lady has been good and work has improved. It’s strange that in the restaurant there is no pastry for dinner, for tea, or rather, they give it out individually 3 times a week (there is freely for breakfast). In the bathroom, there is a high bathtub that is difficult to climb into and the tiles around it don't look very good.

We were at the Ostende Hotel for only one week, I gave my husband an anniversary gift and it was a spontaneous trip. I liked absolutely everything! Starting with the representatives of Sanatoriums, who immediately answered all my questions. Thanks to Irena, we were able to visit Prague for free the next day after our arrival. We also got a huge room: two rooms, a kitchen and a balcony overlooking the Tepla River and Geyser. They cleaned it every day, vacuumed it, changed towels and detergents. Due to the excursion, we were not able to get to the doctor at the appointed time, but with the help of nurse Iva, we received procedures even before visiting the doctor. The kitchen is another pleasant moment. They fed, as they say, for slaughter. There was always a good selection of well prepared food. In the morning there is coffee, tea, juices, water, and in the afternoon and evening water and tea. That is, drinks were always free. The restaurant is small and cozy, everyone practically knew each other, greeted each other and talked with pleasure. Natasha and Stefan were very friendly and efficient, the dishes were cleared instantly and it was always clean. And walks! it's just music for the soul. We parked the car in Libushin's garage upstairs near the Imperial Hotel and never touched it, walking all the time. My husband liked it so much that he wanted to immediately book for next year for two weeks, because compared to big hotels, this one is just homey. So I think we will come again. The biggest negative is the cleaning. Or rather, its complete absence. For 15 days, not a single wet cleaning, a bucket and a rag are simply missing from the cleaning lady’s equipment.
