The food was excellent, it was very tasty, satisfying and the service of the dining room staff was excellent, respect to the cook, great job, take care of him. The procedures were good, the medical staff was very attentive. I also liked the sauna, but it was too small for such a hotel, people used to wait in line. The rooms are very warm, but a bit damp. The first thing that caused negativity was the cleaning, it was simply terrible, the cobwebs on the windows were old, the shower was dirty even upon check-in, after the current cleaning, the smell of bleach stung the eyes for a couple of hours. The ticket included a free excursion to Prague, the children really wanted it, but upon arrival at the hotel it turned out there were no places for us, it was a shame.Answer from Spa Hotel Venus

The hotel is very clean, very friendly staff. Food at the buffet is mostly the same selection but the main course is always very well prepared. The medical treatments were very good. As a smoker I would like a room with a balcony, unfortunately that doesn't always work. It's not a bad idea to buy an adjustable weight bench in the gym. Hotel manager informs. We booked a room for 3 adults, but got a small room number 415 for disabled people with a small extra bed for children, although there are rooms with a niche with a normal bed. Upon entry, apart from an extra bed with small pillows, everything was only prepared for 2 people. We have to look for a cleaning lady and ask about missing items. We have stayed in your hotel many times, but this is the first time we have had such an unsuitable room.
