There were several disadvantages. There was a downside to the sanatorium - I had to sit for an unbearably long time to see my doctor, up to 1.5 hours. At Sanatoriums: 1) I always book several months in advance, and this time too - I booked, the price was fixed. A few days before the trip, I received a letter asking me to confirm my intention. I went to the site, the price is already much lower. I called and asked for a recount, but was refused. I had to cancel my reservation and book again. It turned out to be one day less, but also 311 euros less. Question: why couldn’t you just recalculate the cost to your regular client, who has already traveled through you 5 times and sent his relatives, if you still reduced the price??? 2) when departing at 15.00. The return transfer was scheduled for 07.00. What does it mean ? With a 1.5 hour drive to the airport, where should I have been all this time?? I had to refuse and take a taxi at a time convenient for me. By the way, it didn't cost much more. Wishes: friends, I have already mentioned that I have traveled many times with your help and have never had such disadvantages before. I hope that in future you will be more flexible and the service will return to its previous level.

Good day to all!!! For the third time, my wife and I visited Konstantinovy Lazne... This time we stayed at the spa hotel Lowenstein from September 28 to October 5 and went through a wellness course at the hotel Prusik. Like before, accommodation, medical care, procedures and food were at the highest level (there is nothing to compare, because we were in Padebrady in the summer) ... after carbon dioxide baths and other procedures, you get a supply of energy, blood pressure stabilizes, joints come to life, pain is supported - motor disappear. Separately, we express our gratitude to the attending to the doctor N. Mukhamedshina, at the reception desk Ruslana, at the restaurant Milushka and Sharka ... and many thanks to all the girls in the bathtubs!!! The staff does not speak Russian or English, although this is stated. Since we lived in a spa hotel declared as 4-star, the rooms, or rather apartments, were newly renovated. But I want to confirm what has already been written about in the reviews. There is no cleaning in the rooms, they change towels, take away trash and that's it. No one washes the floors or even vacuums. During the 10 days of our stay, the bed linen was not changed even once. Shampoo, gel and shower lotion were never supplied in full, and they didn’t do it every day. Maybe 4 times during our stay and then per person. We had breakfast at our hotel, I can’t say anything bad here. No frills, but quite normal. We had lunch and dinner at the Prusik Hotel in a separate small room, although it is not clear on what basis clients were selected for this room. At first we thought that only those who lived in the same hotel with us, but it turned out not to be so. There were mostly Russians with us in the hall; I think that the people who were gathered here were those who were undergoing treatment for a fee, and not on vouchers from the social service. And at the same time, in the common large hall there was fruit for all three meals, but in our case, at best, once a day. The salads were the same all 10 days - cabbage, carrots and tomatoes, and with a sauce containing a lot of vinegar. The main dishes that we ordered in advance from those offered to choose from did not always coincide with our choice, for example - I ordered Caucasian-style carp, and my neighbor ordered baked carp, they brought both her and me the same dish. I can’t help but write about the fact that in the sanatorium where people come for treatment, they smoke everywhere on the premises. What about non-smokers? And now about the pool - it is stated that those who live in a 4-star hotel visit the pool for free and no restrictions are indicated anywhere. We were told that we could use the pool from 13:00 to 16:00. Lunch before 13-15, immediately after eating it is not right to go to the pool, and you want to sleep, since you have to get up early, procedures are prescribed from 7 am. The procedures prescribed were mostly additional and this was not stated by the doctor at the first appointment, so they had to be adjusted, but still the number of procedures was less than in the voucher. The food is monotonous, meat and a side dish of potatoes and pasta, very few vegetables. There is also a problem with fruit. In the rooms there are reminders about observing the dress code when visiting the restaurant, but at the same time the waitresses served in their casual clothes.

The hotel does not live up to the stated stars. Cleaning is carried out somehow. I waited 10 days for the trash to be swept up on the opposite side of the bed. Then he couldn’t resist and directly showed the dust to the maid. Upon arrival, there was a mountain of garbage in the sink cabinet! The kitchen is poorly equipped. There isn't even a cutting board. There is no microwave, but there is a large coffee machine built in! Where can I buy capsules for it? Breakfast is very poor. There is not a single chair in the bedroom, except for stylized bedside tables in the form of a wooden block. At night in the rooms, due to the light of street lamps, it is as bright as during the day due to the thin curtains on the windows. Very uncomfortable to sleep!

The food is monotonous, not all procedures are performed - 17 instead of the stated 21, no one said that you should not come on Friday, because they do not provide procedures on weekends, and three out of seven days passed without treatment. No one told the resort doctor that I was coming and she accidentally came to work from vacation. That is, no one was waiting for me.!!! No one told me that upon arrival, you first need to go to the reception at the Prusik sanatorium, where they give you the Keys to the Room, and then to the hotel where the room was booked. It’s good that the taxi driver helped, otherwise I would have been running through forests, fields and mountains with my suitcases.

Doctor Naile Mukhametshina is very attentive and never refused to help. We stayed at the Levenshtein Hotel, where we really enjoyed our stay. Very tasty breakfasts and a pleasant, very caring hostess Yaroslava Shimakova. Treatment took place in the Prusik sanatorium, lunches and dinners were also there. I would like to note the good work of Ruslana from the reception desk and the waitress Milushka. The medical staff are generally very attentive, I especially liked the work of Katarzina, who gave us carbon dioxide baths. If we come again, we will refuse lunch, since 11 o’clock is somehow still too early for lunch. I would like it later. It’s too bad that there is no dressing room in Prusik; you had to walk around the offices in jackets, which is not very convenient. For some reason, injections are given without gloves. I would like the food to be more varied. Especially salads with some kind of sweet and sour taste, to put it mildly, got boring. Every day the same. I would like a little less salt in the dishes.

We arrived not very successfully the day after a strong snowstorm in the Czech Republic, which knocked down many trees and, most importantly, disrupted the power supply at the Levinstein Hotel, so it turned out to be impossible to stay there. But thanks to the very attentive and friendly attitude of Ruslana Kashparova, who was on duty at the Reception, we were immediately accommodated in excellent apartments at the Prusik sanatorium and, without wasting time, we immediately got an appointment with a doctor and began the prescribed medical procedures. The next day, the power supply was restored and we were accommodated in a beautiful room at the Levinstein Hotel, where the caring and sweet hostess Yaloslava Shimakova served an excellent buffet for breakfast in the morning. The hotel stay was very comfortable - clean and quiet (besides us there were only two other families). It was only a few minutes of a pleasant walk through the park to the Prusik medical building for procedures, lunches and dinners. Good food. The building has an excellent swimming pool, available to residents of Levinstein at any time from 10 am to 9 pm free of charge. The entire staff of the sanatorium is very friendly and attentive to vacationers. In general, for a not very long, relaxing holiday and good treatment, Konstantinovy Lazne, which is small in territory and population, is a good place, although of course less interesting than, for example, Marianske Lazne with its large number of hotels, sanatoriums, parks and nice architecture.

This is just a wish: it is possible to make breakfast earlier for those who live in Löwenstein, currently it is offered from 8.00 to 10.00, and lunch already at 11.00. But perhaps this is a cost of the low season, when meals were organized only on the first shift due to the relatively small number of vacationers.
