Overall it was a pleasant stay , the place was clean and the service very precise. In the bathroom we couldn't use the shower for the tube was too short and was not possible to hang it on the hook. The T.V. - only in local language , German , Ukrainan , not even one news station in English witch is as we all know is the international language. We were not satisfied with the food but for us was not a big problem. I'd recommend to try to improve this part of service .

Not Czech cuisine as promised, the room at the back, was supposed to be a quiet location - it wasn't, I felt like I was in Ukraine, the treatment wasn't special; except the massage.

The place is very beautiful. The most important places are easily accessible. There is also plenty of culture on offer, but the information center is hardly visible. The staff in the shops seem a bit distant, but in most restaurants you receive a friendly welcome. The road layout is a bit misleading due to the many dead ends if you want to drive.
