The traditional, beautiful and very well-kept spa town of Marienbad with the very effective healing springs for medically prescribed drinking cures, the spa town in the forest with beautiful hiking trails, spacious spa parks in the English landscape style with old trees, many benches for rest breaks and wonderful spa architecture from Art Nouveau and historicism and I have been attending very good cultural offerings (concerts) regularly since the fall of the Wall, up until 2010 also together with my parents - who died in old age - and unfortunately had a break due to Corona.

It’s a very beautiful, green city. There are many different cafes and restaurants. The parks deserve special admiration. But it’s depressing that some historical sites are in poor condition, such as the Rudolf and Lesnoy springs.
