We were satisfied with our stay at the hotel. The doctor listened to our wishes and prescribed procedures. Good work of the medical department, friendly staff, everything goes on time. Many thanks to the cooks and girls in the restaurant. The food was tasty and varied, there were a lot of salads and appetizers for dinner, as well as a good selection of desserts. I was positively surprised by the presence of tablecloths in the restaurant, on Sunday candles were lit, which of course gives a special atmosphere, thank you for this, not available in all 4 star hotels. I liked the pool and world of saunas at the Monti Hotel.Negatives
There is one wish that the duration of oxigenterapie be increased to 40 minutes, as in other hotels.

Great location, very polite and friendly staff. The work of the medical department is excellent. When prescribing procedures, the doctor took into account all wishes, treatment rooms are open all day. We were very pleased. We used the transfer service from Sanatoriums, just great. A small note to the Sanatoriums team to update information on hotels. We watched a review of the hotel before ordering on YouTube; at that time, drinks in the hotel were freely available. At the moment the hotel only provides drinks with breakfast. Drinks for lunch and dinner are available at an additional cost. Not fatal, but I would like to know about it in advance. I didn't find this information in the current description.

We rate the work of a doctor in a sanatorium as bad (she was very indifferent to our ailments) and barely managed to get through those procedures that we would like to have, based on our experience of treatment in a sanatorium in Karlovy Vary. Why did they give us 4 procedures on the first day, without conversation? with a doctor? We absolutely did not need these procedures. When she was asked about this, the answer was that we have a lot of procedures. But we pay our money for it. Or? This was the only thing that darkened our stay at the sanatorium.

Unfortunately, there were far too few gas injections in the program for us, the attending doctor came twice a week. If this procedure were always in the program, we could 100% recommend the hotel and would always spend our trip there.

There is practically no negativity. I didn’t like gas injections. Once you set up the gas dispenser, it practically doesn’t go under the skin.

Having arrived at the Exelsior Hotel for 2 days to see and try all the hotel services for a further summer stay for a month, for some reason I was offered accommodation at the Monti Hotel. Vacationers for 2 days were treated on a residual basis. They chose the treatment themselves, what is easier for them to do, and not those procedures that will help the client. Food is not replenished in a timely manner when it is finished and you have to wait 15 minutes until it is prepared again.
