Everything is wonderful. The service staff is simply excellent, tactful, conscientious, and respectful. Everywhere is clean and simply in maritime order. Very tasty in the restaurant and fresh and homemade dishes every day. The procedures are like clockwork, everything is so well planned... room cleaning is at the highest level. The pools and sauna are also just super! And another very important fact: Silence... indoors, in the park... this is so important for a city dweller - just lie down in warm mineral water and let everything go, work, the bustle of the city... just relax, gain strength... elevators , like a watch, it works without delay. We have already come to the Piaštany resorts 3 times, to the Balnea Ralas sanatorium and have had one complaint all three times, poor cleaning of the rooms and other premises (cobwebs, dust, garbage). This is my 5th time visiting the Piestany resort. I would like to say a big thank you to the Sanatoriums.com team for the excellent organization of my vacation and treatment. All at the highest level. Many thanks to your representative Veronica for her attention, care and resolution of all organizational issues. She is friendly and ready to help at any time of the day. Treatment at the sanatorium is organized at the highest level. The entire staff, starting with the reception desk, and then the attending physician (I had Mikulska Nadezhda) and honey. The staff during the procedures are friendly and attentive. The rooms are cozy and clean. Cleaning is carried out every day, including weekends. Snow-white bed linen was changed regularly, and 3 towels were changed daily. Beds with excellent mattresses and the softest weightless blankets and pillows. Since I was checked into the Esplanade sanatorium instead of the Grand sanatorium, I rate the quality of the accommodation as excellent, although the Grand is almost as good in accommodation as the Esplanade (smaller room and TV). The food is excellent, because... in the Esplanade there is a full buffet, and in the Grande the food is more modest, which corresponds to 3*. Many thanks to the site for selecting such a magnificent resort and sanatoriums.
