Poor, monotonous diet. The range of dishes offered was very limited. And even those were tasteless. There are very few dishes made from dairy and vegetable products. During dinner, as dishes were washed out, they were often not replenished.

The price/quality ratio is starting to not really justify itself. The rooms are in need of renovation, although the staff tries very hard to maintain perfect cleanliness, the bar closes very early and it is quite difficult to sit in the evening with tea or a glass. In general, these are all minor shortcomings, but for this price there should be much fewer of them.

The accommodations were modest. Room was pretty small but bathroom was ok. Food was good. Service at the restaurant was very good. Loved thermal pool. Massages were very good. The receptionist were pleasant but it took a long time to get schedule set up due to wait in the reception area. Big negative was closed passway from the hotel to medical center.It was closed due to COVID. Could have been better organized. Overall good stay. Beautiful area.I think that it was a bit overpriced.

The noise in the rooms is due to poor door seals. Lack of children's rooms and offers for activities with children while parents are undergoing procedures. In Rogaska there is no infrastructure development for visitors, restaurants (3 pcs.), events, such as film screenings... It is not possible to book a room with breakfast only. And the prices are high in comparison. with European hotels...

Hotel Donat is conveniently located and is even connected to the Medical Center by an above-ground covered passage, which is very convenient during the cold season; you can move around without outerwear. I had a single room overlooking the forest. The room has everything you need, the rest can be obtained at the reception. There were no problems during our stay.

Russian programs on TV work poorly and no one really bothered to fix it, and for three days (although weekends are Friday, Saturday, Sunday, where the most interesting programs are), the TV did not work at all. While in other hotels everything was fine with the TV. This WhatsApp problem needs to be solved. Once again I want to say that during all the other days of my stay, the image constantly froze and this was very annoying.
