We arrived on August 9 at 22.00, our reservation was from August 10. The hotel was informed about this. When we arrived at the reception they told us that we were informed about your early arrival and were provided with rooms. When we left, they demanded payment for the full day. Although we arrived several hours earlier, which is due to the fact that there is no direct flight from Baku to Venice. We paid the invoice provided, no problem for us. The third time we are convinced that everything in the hotel has been thought out to the smallest detail. Well-groomed area with beautiful design, swimming pool with warm water. The hotel is located in the very center of the pedestrian zone, within walking distance to all attractions, and this is another plus! The room has a beautiful view of the hotel's pools and park area. Everything was wonderful, if we come back, it will be here!
