1) old unrenovated rooms, stained red ceiling, mold in the shower (room 316) 2) complete unsanitary conditions in the area of massage rooms and in the area of breathing procedures: dirt, unwashed floors, dirty corners, cobwebs, rust, etc., there in the rest room, where there is water and tea, there are always dirty glasses thrown around, no one cleans them, there is never tea 3) she refused the massage because... the old masseuse scratched my skin with her nails and stank after smoking. 4) it was impossible to get to another masseuse, because... she was completely busy, as a result, I was left without a massage for 3 days 5) the waiters in the restaurant behaved unculturedly: they greeted every other time, never smiled, to order coffee you had to run after them and ask them 2 times, they kicked you out of breakfast if we were delayed for 5-10 minutes, complaints about them to the administration did not help 6) the pool is very over-chlorinated, everywhere stinks of bleach, after the pool the skin itches terribly 7) according to the schedule, we were waiting for general gymnastics in the pool, the coach did not come, they called the administration 2 times, they said now will be, in the end he came after 35 minutes and said that everything was postponed until tomorrow - and did NOT even apologize, but 30 people were waiting for him! 8) the fitness room is small, half are old broken or rusty exercise equipment, there are no stretching mats or dumbbells, no air conditioning. In general, a terrible hotel - does not correspond to any 4 stars. It would be correct to file a complaint with the relevant inspectorate for non-compliance with sanitation rules and for non-compliance with the rating.

The hotel is old. The hallways have old, shabby carpets and none of the air conditioners worked. Stuffy. A lot of mosquitoes. The smell in the room. Dinner lasts 2 hours and starts very late - the evening disappears. There is no hydrotherapy or other physical therapy as part of the treatment. Breakfast is poor and monotonous

Very good hotel! Excellent location in the very center of the resort. Loved the thermal pool on the roof with panoramic views of the Euganean Hills. My wife and I were in this hotel for the first time. We really liked everything - the quality of treatment, the attitude of the staff, the presence of Russian-speaking employees who came to our aid. Special thanks to Olga, who helped us a lot at first. As for the food, there is no limit good. Some are content with little. For others, everything is small and bad. The location of the sanatorium is just great - in the very center of Abano Terme. They responded to our request about the lack of vegetables immediately, for which a special thank you to the staff. In general, the entire team of the GRACIA Hotel (in Italian thank you).

The first time in Abano, we were from March 15-28, 2023. The search for relaxation and procedures was based on price, number of procedures, availability of additional sources of *pleasure*, such as swimming pools, saunas. I rated all this for me and my friend as a 10 (our budget for getting all these pleasures), this is simply impossible to get in the USA. The schedule of treatments was very convenient - mud wrap followed by a bath, then 30 minutes in the relaxation area followed by a massage. After this relaxation, lunch and *siesta* in a room with an open balcony and fresh air. For those who came from Florida, this was the highest pleasure (temperature + 15 C towards the end to +20 in the afternoon). The combination of all these factors left only positive emotions, even quibbles about the *tired* look inside the room and the hard mattress could not spoil our stay in hotel. There was no negative for us personally.

I could not live in this hotel for more than one or two days, very uncomfortable beds with absolutely disgusting pillows. Uncomfortable, the third bed was placed at the entrance to the toilet. There was no kettle or cups in the room. And a very dirty toilet - it was unpleasant. And yes - All saunas are paid.
