I ordered 5 mud treatments. A doctor's appointment is required. About ten people were given an appointment for 6 p.m. 1.5 hour wait and only 3 chairs. The timing of the procedures is inconvenient and no concessions are made. They automatically add ozone baths to the mud, although I didn’t ask for them. Used the baths 3 times, the water was hot. I didn't see any control over the water temperature. Once they brought the freshest dirt from the street, I got a red burn mark on my shoulder. At dinner I was unpleasantly surprised by the insistence on ordering wine and water. (added to the bill, of course). Pay the bill upon departure. At reception I warned that I wouldn’t use the baths, but all 5 were included in the bill. In general, it’s difficult to figure out what it costs and what the bill will be in the end

There is a juicer where you can make your own juice. For dinner, salads, soup, pasta, rice, fish. Pasta in the sense of different pasta with sauce, rice also usually with something. 6 types of ice cream. Persimmon that doesn't knit. At the reception there is a Russian-speaking girl, Ilarie, who doesn’t know all the words, but is learning. Around 6 pm there are often various wine/beer/cake tastings held at the bar. In November, the restaurant held an Oktoberfest in the evening with traditional songs, beer, knuckles, sausages, and sauerkraut. Around 4 pm, several times a week, an instructor conducts aqua gym - various exercises in the water. All letter buses from Padua go to the hotel, unlike hotels in neighboring Montegrotto. You have to pay for water at dinner - 3 euros for a small bottle. Although one bottle can last for several dinners. At the reception desk, although they write out the time of the procedures, 4 out of 7 times it changed by 10-20 minutes. For mud treatments and thermal baths, there is a printout with the patients' correct times on the table next to the juice and water. At the mud and thermal baths, workers speak only Italian, fango - mud, bagno - bath. They will answer you in Italian about your arrival time. Because of this, and also in order to buy anything in shops and cafes, you have to learn numbers in Italian since the sellers only know 2 languages - Italian and German. As for the massage, I communicated with the Frenchman Michel in basic English. There were no disruptions to the massage schedule. The massage is short, only 30 minutes and this is for the whole body. For comparison, in Thailand a similar massage lasts 1 hour. The massage therapist simply does not have enough time to do everything efficiently. The spine and shoulders take the most time and the back is worked out well, but everything else... The thermal bath is made handicraft - just throw a frame with drilled holes into the bottom of the bath and air is supplied into this frame through a transparent garden hose, the water temperature is measured by eye, There isn't even a thermometer. For example, in Karlovy Vary, the Volker Hotel, this is a special unit where all the holes are thought out, the pressure and temperature are regulated and in addition it also turns off itself. Does a thermal bath help? Well, yes it helps. In the town itself, hotels mixed with local houses. In November, when the temperature drops, locals use coal for heating. Therefore, in the evening and at night, smog often hangs over the city, it is impossible to open the balcony door to ventilate, and swimming in the open part of the pool is not very pleasant, inhaling fumes.

Wi-fi signal level is weak. In the room on the 3rd floor, the smartphone barely received the Internet, and the tablet could not even get an IP address, although on the 1st floor, near the reception, everything worked well. In the bathroom it is difficult to set up warm water, either cold or boiling water. There are no Russian channels on the TV at all, although this is more a plus than a minus. The air conditioning was not turned on in my room until the end of my stay, although the nights were quite warm. Perhaps we should have agreed on reseption.

Still, you should not prescribe procedures without coordinating them with the client. In the end, I managed to change them to what I needed, but it took a certain amount of time, many thanks to Danatella. It is better to indicate the cost of the treatment package and the client, together with the doctor, will select the desired package of procedures. Let there be fewer of them, but better, and the quantity does not mean anything. Or agree in advance with the client.
