We stayed since October 29, 2017. An excellent hotel for a holiday, for 4* there are quite spacious rooms with the necessary amenities. Nice pools with plenty of jacuzzi. The hotel is new with a luxurious interior, rooms are cleaned every day, linen is changed. The restaurant has a large selection of lunches and dinners on the menu (3 meals a day - very convenient because there are practically few restaurants in the city and it is better to eat in hotels), the breakfast menu is the same, but quite sufficient. What was missing for us was porridge, delicious cottage cheese and pastries! My husband took mud therapy; this was our first time in Abano Terme and he was pleased with the treatment. The staff is attentive - but there are no Russian speakers at the reception. I would like to thank waiters Deborah Mario and Eddie for their work. What was surprising was the rental of bathrobes and towels for mud therapy and water treatments (15 euros per room); for a 4* hotel with water treatments, there is no body lotion in the shower kit.

The location of the hotel is very good, and the hotel itself, based on the rooms presented, is quite worthy of 4 stars. Nice pool with lots of hydromassage facilities. It is worth noting the mud baths and the individual staff in the person of Raissa and Sergio. They are very attentive and pleasant in their work. Massage procedures are simple and relaxed. Lunches and dinners are high quality and satisfying, very pompous with the participation of waiters. Apparently, Italian visitors (elderly) like this, and of course they are the majority. For walks, of course, you need to go outside the territory and this is great, there is somewhere to walk. We rented a car and drove to different places, the roads are mostly excellent. Distances to cities and surrounding areas are small. Parking at the hotel is 3 euros per day! In October the weather is up to +22, we were sunbathing outside by the pool!Negatives
There are no cutlery in the rooms at all!!! Very strange for 4 stars. You even have to pay for drinking water, not to mention tea and coffee. Breakfast is average in variety, don't look for porridge. It is better to order treatment packages separately at the hotel itself, but check what discounts you will be offered when booking on the website.

Breakfast is very poor, lunch and dinner are monotonous. There are no clocks, pens or notepads in the rooms, and the TV is very small. And yet, in hotels with treatment, when dehydration occurs, it is impossible to find even plain water. In one place there is water, and a machine where you can buy disposable glasses; if you don’t have small coins with you, you won’t get plain water. In restaurants they don’t serve plain water on the table; you have to buy water.

I didn’t like the salad table, the vegetables were overcooked, the cucumbers looked wet after defrosting, the rest of the vegetables were simply chopped. There is no oatmeal at breakfast. The variety of products is minimal, but there are a lot of different pastas, in the Russian menu you can read “Grilled cuttlefish, Horse with a rocket, Pasta with a pump” if you know any other foreign language, understand the two menus

Not all rooms have a nice view from the balcony. It’s bad that you can’t take dessert and fruit yourself during lunch and dinner. The hotel does not offer group excursions in Russian.

We visited the Spa Hotel Terme All'Alba in mid-April 2017. The weather was good, only one day it rained, there was some cloudiness on other days, but considering that we are from Siberia, the weather did not upset us. The room overlooked the garden, it was very quiet and peaceful, the roadway was far away, you couldn’t hear anything. At this time everything was already blooming, everything was very beautiful. I really liked the pool, it starts indoors and goes outdoors. The water in the pool is very comfortable - warm, clean. Excellent facilities for mud treatments. There are no complaints about the interior of all the rooms, high-quality renovations everywhere, very clean. There is a dress code for lunch and dinner at the hotel restaurant. Some men came in suits and ties. Women dressed up the same way. Twice a week there were dance parties; vacationing German couples danced. Among the staff, only 2 people speak Russian, which helped us a lot. During our stay, among the vacationers there were only 2 women from Russia, the rest were mostly Germans, aged over 70 and over, and Italians. Knowing a little German, you could communicate with the staff. The food was also at the same level, drinks at lunch and dinner are for an additional fee. Breakfast is a buffet, although the composition of the breakfast is always the same, but it suited us quite well, I don’t think anyone at home has a more varied breakfast. I recommend the hotel for relaxation and treatment, I liked everything very much, I would come back again.

We rested in the sanatorium Spa Hotel Terme All'Alba 17 - 10.27.16. together with my mother (76 years old). We were placed in a luxurious room on the 8th floor with a terrace and a view of Abano framed by the mountains. We were satisfied with absolutely everything. We were in Italy for the first time and fell in love with the beauty of the country, nature, mild climate and of course the friendly Italians. From the first to the last day, we were surrounded by care and comfort from the hotel staff, always ready to help in any situation. I liked the food in a luxurious restaurant, the frequency and quality of cleaning. The beds were changed every 2 days. Very competent medical staff. We completed a course with therapeutic mud and thermal water, as well as massages. Special thanks to Vaclav (representative of sanatoriums.com), who took on the role of our guardian angel, we always felt like visiting a good friend. I visited the resort in Abano Terme from March 13 to 20, 2016. I really liked everything. The transfer in both directions was organized flawlessly. Hotel Terme Al Alba exceeded all my expectations. It is very conveniently located - in the very center, next to bus stops. The hotel itself has comfortable conditions. Excellent cuisine for dinner and lunch. The staff is friendly and helpful. The treatment is beyond all praise. Convenient swimming pool, all procedures take place at approximately the same time. There are no queues.
