One note: the place for storing towels, both large for the shower and small ones for the hand washbasin, has not been thought out. For storing towels there are no corresponding slats on the walls. this is especially noticeable for the shower room. where to hang a large towel at the entrance to the shower? You leave the shower and by the time you get to the towel, the entire floor is covered with water dripping from you. The pettiness of this remark only emphasizes the high quality of service.

The size of the restaurant does not match the huge number in such a space. During the high season, you can serve it in additional rooms or introduce dinner in two shifts, as is done at the buffet on the ferries between Tallinn and Helsinki. There are too few medical procedures included in the package. I would like the treatment to be carried out at the Lot Hotel and not at another clinic where the administrator does not understand that with any patient of the clinic one must be kind, patient and friendly (preferably smiling). THE BUILDING IN WHICH THE CLINIC IS LOCATED IS UNPLEASANTLY STRONG. Full of cigarette butts and dried plants have not been removed. It does not evoke thoughts about a medical facility. During a transfer from Lot to Tel Aviv, the driver was arguing outrageously loudly and continuously with someone on the phone. This lasted more than an hour. Not to mention the fact that he was transporting people, risking our lives and breaking the rules.

We're happy to be back at the Lot!!! We booked a vacation at sanatoriums.com (thank you, everything is clear and comfortable!). We lived in a hotel on the 9th floor. Comfortable room, very good cleaning (thanks to the maid!), beautiful view from the window. Once again made sure that the LOT team is the best at the Dead Sea! Wherever you go (in the restaurant, in the pool, in the solarium (the best solarium!) ...) you will not disappoint neither service nor convenience! His representative Larisa gave clear instructions and was interested in how things were going. I liked the hotel too. The Lot Hotel welcomes a large number of tourists and local residents on social “vouchers” for meals and treatments in the seawater pool. Hence the overcrowding of these facilities, the cramped conditions, the negative aspects of the “passage yard.” In addition, the staff does not monitor guests’ compliance with sanitary standards in the pool (showering before procedures, walking in outdoor shoes...) On the day of departure, Wi-Fi did not work in the hotel for almost a day (!). The staff did not offer any other way to obtain information about the reservation or print boarding passes. Thank you for helping out the neighboring hotel (Plaza). For this reason alone, we will not go to this hotel a second time.

We rested at the LOT sanatorium in Ein Bokek in September 2018 (citizens of the Russian Federation - minus tax on all services). I'll start from the beginning: We checked in very quickly. Helped with lifting suitcases to the room. There are enough elevators and there are no problems with this. We were advised to make a deposit to pay for the services (then the tax amount is automatically deducted from the cost of the service, very convenient). Room: clean, comfortable, cleaning every day, TV - many Russian channels. Balcony. Territory: exceeded all expectations! A lot of greenery, chairs, hammocks.... The pool is very clean (we watched it being cleaned carefully in the evening several times). And water aerobics instructor Elena is above all praise! Towels can be changed throughout the day as needed. The resort has direct access to the beach. Convenient entrance to the sea. Restaurant: without a doubt the best on the coast!!!!!!!!!!!! The employees love their jobs and their vacationers! Tasty, varied, and simply beautiful! In short: the sanatorium exceeded all our expectations!!!!!!!!!! There is no negativity. If you are going to “LOT”, then don’t be afraid that there is currently construction going on nearby (the buildings of the “LOT” sanatorium are being expanded and the construction of a shopping center is being completed nearby). Doesn't interfere with rest at all.

My husband and I came to the Dead Sea for treatment - he has chronic bronchitis, I have osteochondrosis of the cervical spine. We stayed at the Lot Hotel on the recommendation of a friend. The doctors at the Dead Sea Clinic were attentive and the prescribed procedures brought us both noticeable relief, I hope the effect will last for a long time. We went to the clinic, as promised, using a free transfer. As for the hotel itself, Lot justified the 4 stars: cozy rooms, beautiful view from the window, delicious food, polite treatment from the reception staff and maids.

A very comfortable hotel. Nice pool, nice private beach. Quiet and calm atmosphere. The food is good, although the cafeteria staff were not particularly friendly. The rooms are small but look stylish. We were treated at the dead sea clinic, where there were Russian-speaking staff, a large selection of treatment procedures, and experienced and attentive doctors. I recommend everyone to take rooms with sea view! Lot is definitely one of the best hotels in the area.Negatives

The Lot Hotel Spa was one of the most memorable places on my two-week trip to Israel. The clean room has its own refrigerator, cable TV, coffee maker, air conditioning, and a balcony with a beautiful view of the Dead Sea. The in-house fitness center has several treadmills and orbitracks, exercise bikes, and free weights. Enjoyed relaxing in the piano bar. The Dead Sea water is incredible! Even if you have the slightest cut (I don’t recommend shaving before swimming, as it will burn very badly), it will heal in no time. Although it is difficult to call this process swimming, it is more likely to be immersion in healing water.
