Since we don't want warm food in the evening with full board, we took the cold plate. Every day there was the same sausage, the same cheese, tomatoes, cucumbers, but there was plenty of it, so a lot of it wasn't eaten. A cold buffet would be better here. I would like to complain that you can't order a parking space when you order. I can imagine that if the hotel is fully booked in the high season you won't get a parking space. I also sent them two emails but didn't get a response.

The water temperature in the indoor pool was very cold (max. 24-26 degrees), the chairs in the restaurant were full of stains, and the quality of the room food was very poor (the only thing we had to do every day was take out the trash). Never again Hotel Praha!!!

Treatment with natural resources has left the best feelings. I liked the location among the wonderful parks - a great opportunity for walks, while the availability of mineral water springs at different points was very impressive. Thank.Negatives
Some difficulty was caused by the inability to communicate with staff in Russian or English. Although this was overcome and did not affect the overall positive perception of rest.

Recently renovated, it surprises with its freshness, newness and cleanliness! The staff is intelligent and attentive, which is especially pleasing. Optimal combination of price and quality. All this is the opinion of a person, me, who is well acquainted with hotels in Frantiskovy Lazne - I have been coming here for a long time. Having assessed all these qualities, I extended my stay at the Prague Hotel for two weeks (thus refusing another, very prestigious hotel). Highly recommend!Negatives

The food wasn't right for me! The dining room was a carelessly furnished room that didn't invite you to linger. Placemats “decorate” the table. Not a flower or any other embellishment in sight. The food was served by, I had the feeling, incompetent and sometimes unfriendly waitresses. At the buffet they only refill after requesting and I got a rather harsh answer. The menu was varied, but many things tasted the same and were very carelessly prepared. For me, a spa stay also includes a feel-good factor at dinner!

Problems with the Russian language. During our two-week stay, they never changed the bed linen and never vacuumed the floor. The Internet is only in the room where there is also a TV - very inconvenient. There is not a single TV channel in Russian.
