4 stars announced are a bit exaggerated. Staff only speaks Hungarian, little English and hardly any German. Service isn't really attentive, people don't always ask for drinks in the restaurant. Not all of the staff are friendly.

We had booked 11 nights, but only stayed 10 nights, in which 10 days the bed linen wasn't even changed, on the day of arrival the room was dusty, there was even leftover food on the TV. It's definitely not a 4 star hotel, we travel a lot, but we haven't experienced anything like this in a long time. Unfortunately I wouldn't recommend it to anyone

The room is very nice with a spacious balcony and a good view. . There is WiFi, it was difficult to understand that I was asking for a code (even though I wrote pin: WiFi -?). The thermal water pool is wonderful. Spa treatments are available. The food is very tasty and varied. A lot of meat dishes. Snow-white tablecloths. Everywhere is very clean. The staff is friendly. 1. The staff does not speak any language other than Hungarian, Although the choice of the hotel was only because of this, as presented on your website.. There is absolutely no information anywhere in any language other than Hungarian. There is no information about the weather and the location of the hotel on the plan, there are no tour operator brochures. The hotel is located relatively far from the center, on a mountain. The main entrance to the hotel is through a 2-flight staircase. The hotel is located almost on the road. No computer staying at the hotel. 2. The diet lacked fresh vegetables and fruits, with the exception of apples and thinly sliced cucumbers, and even then not always. There were no napkins. One napkin was provided for each meal. For some reason, the request to bring a cup of tea for payment was viewed negatively and with laughter. 3. During the entire stay, bed linen was not changed for 2 weeks. The towels are clean, but darned and with patches, some with small holes. There is a refrigerator, but you can only connect to the outlet with an extension cord, but the staff did not understand. Lamp TV. There are no utensils in the room, not even glasses for water. Drinking water is available in a cooler only on the -1st floor, near the pool. 4. A very small area near the hotel and not a single bench, except for the bench near the parking lot for official vehicles. 5. There was not a single entertainment program. There was never any music. There is a bar, but a very limited selection. In the evening it is deserted, people with healthy legs go to the center.

The hotel is excellently located, 5 minutes to the thermal lake, 15 minutes to the center of Heviz. Wonderful cuisine, large portions, my husband and I quite enough, a variety of dishes for dinner. Private pool and spa services.

We chose a budget hotel with a good location and were not disappointed! Nice, clean hotel, good choice of food, rooms are kept clean, towels are changed regularly. There is a thermal pool and jacuzzi.
