I wouldn't have offered HP: 1. You have to walk anyway (and not very close). 2. Eating is unacceptable!! Although in the same restaurant d. Map and food not bad to very good. But what is offered in HP is beneath me. I felt like a dog.. (even though I eat literally everything and know where and what e.g. what price I can expect).

I really liked the hotel: a spacious, comfortable room with a beautiful view from the balcony, friendly, helpful staff, very varied and delicious breakfasts, the hit of which for us was the poppy seed pie. We will recommend to friends and will come to this hotel again.

The hotel is great! Very cozy, clean. The view from the window and balcony is simply amazing. Each room has a balcony. The breakfasts are delicious and varied, prepared with love. Cleaned every day. Towels and robes were changed every day. The staff at the reception speak some good Russian like ANNAMARIA, some speak a little Russian and a little English. Thanks to Tomas, I showed you everything and told you everything. A little far away, it can and will be difficult for those with leg problems. The sauna and jacuzzi were open every day. Many thanks to Lajos Balatoni for organizing the transfer, everything was on time and clearly and he was always happy to help.Negatives
For dinner at the restaurant, it didn’t hurt to add a few vegetables; the food turned out very bland. I ate on a coupon at a city restaurant. There was enough food, but very bland, missing a little vegetable salad or sauce.

Staying on the territory of the sanatorium provides for the use of swimming pools and treatment rooms. But the hotel does not provide extra towel service. We received treatments at Europe Fitness and used the pool there. For the guests of this hotel, towels were issued without any problems; we were refused because we were staying in another hotel. And our hotel wanted an additional fee.

I really liked the hotel, I recommend: 1. First of all, I would like to say thank you to the staff - very attentive, pleasant, smiling, they helped with everything - very nice people, thank you! 2. We had a room in the half-tower, a spacious room for two, there is a safe, mini-fridge, TV, air conditioning - everything is clean, bed sheets, towels and bathrobes are new - everything is neat, cleaning is good (every day). There was also a balcony overlooking the city and neighboring hills. 3. Breakfast was included - varied, for two weeks I didn’t get tired of anything, and everything was very tasty. 4. Also at the reception you could rent (free) circles for the lake. 5. Location: located away from the central pedestrian street, about a 15-minute walk from the lake. For us it was great, you can walk, plus there are no noisy restaurants, construction sites, etc. nearby. But, to get to the hotel you need to go up a little, so if it’s difficult for you to walk, you need to take this point into account. There were no problems with the representative of the sanatoriums (Lajos), everything was fine. We went on a tour of Heviz - we liked it, thank you.Negatives

The hotel staff is very friendly. The room was very comfortable, we didn't even use the air conditioning. The sauna and jacuzzi are at the highest level, everything was 5+.Negatives
On the negative side, we can say that the quality of the coffee in the morning is very poor. It would be nice to have an automatic machine in the cafe, which is what I said at the reception.

A wonderful hotel, good sound insulation, always clean, the bed was changed twice a week, I really liked the location of the hotel, although it was a little far from the lake, there was greenery everywhere, and you couldn’t hear the road noise. Good breakfasts, large selection, you can choose for every taste. And the staff is beyond praise, always thoughtful and friendly. We had our procedures done at Europe Fit and really liked their treatment facilities and wellness center. The vacation went with a bang, thanks to everyone who helped us, the site employees, the curator Lajos, who was very attentive to us, the next vacation will definitely be with you!Negatives
There is no negativity, but there are wishes for the restaurant where we had lunch - to include vegetable salads in the menu, we did not have enough of them at lunch. We bought vegetables at the market, but it was inconvenient to bring them to the restaurant.

The hotel is not 3*, at least 4*, located 1 km from the lake, but we chose it ourselves so that we could walk more!! But the hotel is clean, quiet, and has excellent breakfasts! The staff is polite and pleasant, the room is large, the linen was changed every other day, and the bathrobes too! I chose 3 procedures for treatment, which of course is not enough!! It took place in another hotel but very high quality!!Negatives
Negativity caused a reverse transfer! Lajos said we'll take the car! Yes, I stopped by - there are 2 people there and I’m the third! I say how much to pay - the driver says 40 euros from those, and 80 from you!! I ask - why?? He says - Lajos said so!!! In my opinion, YOUR guide is mad about fat there!! And so we bought 2 excursions from him, did not bother him in any way, the hotel employees helped us - we speak German! And it took at least a little to rip me off!! I will return there of course, but I will order a transfer elsewhere!!
