The doctor rather works as a dispatcher. The cost of one-time procedures on site is on average 21 euros, so it is more profitable to take a package from sanatoriums. The cost of procedures at Danubis-Aqua, in my opinion, is overpriced. There is a lot of food, but on the 5th day it becomes monotonous. I noticed that bread, cheese, fruit are invariably good, but I don’t even want to eat main meals and salads anymore... it’s not worth the all-inclusive price! I was at the hotel six years ago, then the food was much more interesting, maybe they changed the chef

An excellent hotel with a cozy, calm atmosphere where you can relax and improve your health. Of the procedures, I really liked the underwater extracts and mud wraps. The food is varied and tasty. I never wanted to eat outside the hotel, and there was no time - the whole day was scheduled hourly for procedures and the lake. And during breaks it is recommended to rest. So taking the all-inclusive package is very convenient. The staff is attentive, all requests and wishes were fulfilled immediately, even during busy periods. We will definitely come back here.

The location of the hotel is good, next to the road, but you can hardly hear the cars, although the window of our room overlooked the road. We slept with the window slightly open. The food at this hotel is excellent, lunch was full, not much different from dinner, or rather, they didn’t offer alcoholic drinks for lunch, but at dinner as much as you wanted. Mostly the vacationers are old Germans, they don’t go to the lake, they splash in the pools, thermal and regular. There is a bathhouse, good, it’s a pity that they close early, I wanted to soak in a light bathhouse before going to bed, but the SPA does not work after dinner.Negatives
It's a pity that we were never able to drink good coffee at this hotel. In the restaurant, of course, what came out of the machine was not coffee, but a brown liquid. They tried to order from the bar, but they brought some kind of bitterness. We, living in Tallinn, are spoiled by good coffee and what they offer here is a mockery. The tea bags are also strange, even without a smell, they just turn the water brown. The rooms, of course, are already very old, only the top two floors have been renovated (as I understand, they renovate one floor a year, but thoroughly), which means that only in five years the hotel will be completely renovated. While at the hotel, we thought that we had overpaid. There are few procedures offered, although there is probably no need for more here, since the main thing here is the LAKE. The doctor doesn’t speak English, so we spoke through an invited female guide, although we don’t have any special health problems. We took two procedures of mud applications, so the man watered me with a hose both times when I was standing under the shower, it’s a little strange, apparently he’s having so much fun, he waters and washes the floor, the walls and at the same time the women, but he didn’t water my husband. When calculating, we were careful because we read the warning that they could be shortchanged. And so it was. The male administrator behaved like a juggler, he reminded me of a thimble holder :))) at first he threw out a bunch of different bills for us on the counter, but when we began to look at them and it turned out that many were not ours, he removed them, but he still issued the bill incorrectly, we they tried to clarify that they took two wines and a beer with nuts from the bar, the bill still indicated something else, but the amount was approximately the same. We tried to tell him about this, but he stood there with such a face that we decided to pay and leave. So be careful when calculating.

not all rooms are in good repair. In our room, for example, the sewage system worked very poorly. The bathtub drain is clogged. In my opinion, the cleaning of the rooms is not of sufficient quality. They vacuumed poorly and the corners were dirty. Several times they took away the towels and forgot to put new ones. For several days they set a very inconvenient dinner schedule. from 28.04 to 30.04 only 1.5 hours. There wasn't enough food for everyone in the restaurant.

During procedures, staff monitor patients very formally. They talk loudly to each other while taking the therapeutic mud procedure. They don’t draw the curtains when entering and exiting, and don’t provide disposable underwear, thereby putting clients in an awkward position. We often visit various resorts in Europe, including this is the third time we have stayed in this hotel chain, but this is the first time we have been treated this way. Everyone, of course, is polite and smiling, but as soon as you enter the treatment room, a conveyor belt turns on, where you are not a respected Client, but a soulless, 'deaf' creature.

Wonderful holiday. We were on vacation with a friend. I liked absolutely everything. We received the necessary treatment. Many procedures were not taken. Only mud and spinal traction. The main thermal lake of course! This is simply a miracle of nature. The room is spacious, everything is very comfortable. The food in general is beyond praise. Delight and admiration for the chef!!!!!! The staff work is good. Responsive, attentive, helpful. Olga, a representative of the Robinson company, was very helpful. The treatment is not bad. They speak Russian. I paid extra for relocation, they initially put me in a room near the road, and it was very noisy... At the moment, renovations are underway, so it’s not very comfortable. Very far from the lake, walk along the road. Audibility is high between rooms. I will definitely go again, but to another sanatorium, which is closer to the lake.

2 weeks flew by very quickly, the treatment schedule was very busy, and we spent 2 hours on the lake, in the end we were released by 6 pm. The resort is pleasant, a beautiful town, with quite reasonable prices, and no less adequate people. Many holidaymakers from Russia came, we met people who had already been to Heviz 6 times and said that the treatment helped them a lot. To be honest, at the time of departure, apart from psychological comfort, there were no special changes in my problematic spine, but my back definitely became easier. The doctor said the effect will be after arriving home.

This is our second time in this hotel, we really like the conditions for relaxation here, I advise you to take a room overlooking the park, such rooms are quieter than those on the facade of the building where the road is nearby. the procedures were carried out precisely on time, all procedures were completed before lunch, after lunch we went to the lake, and often swam in the thermal pool. The food is beyond praise, plentiful, tasty, varied.

We really liked the location of the hotel, we love to walk and went to the thermal lake with great pleasure, twice and sometimes three times a day. Walking to the lake can be diluted with a visit to the thermal pool in the hotel itself, but the water in it is not as strong as in the lake itself. We are quite satisfied with the treatment, we purchased several more procedures in addition to the paid ones, and I think it was not in vain, since the state of health after the course of treatment is excellent.

A normal hotel, I advise you to take a room on the upper floors so that there is a beautiful view from the window, plus if you don’t want to gain weight, it’s better to have two meals a day, as they feed you decently, you don’t need to take a lot of procedures, after 2 trips to the thermal lake during the day and 5 days consecutive procedures somehow begin to become a burden. In general, the treatment facilities at the hotel are decent.
