Staying in Jurmala at Pegasa Pils left the most positive impressions. The hotel is located within a minute's walking distance to the sea, very close to the luxurious Dzintari pine park. The hotel itself has a very pleasant and calm atmosphere. The food in the restaurant deserves the highest rating, many thanks to the entire team of cooks and waiters, it was always very tasty and aesthetically pleasing to the eye throughout the entire stay. Doctor Nadezhda selects an individual program of wellness procedures, does a very professional massage herself, and also provides mud treatment and laser treatment according to indications. A new building is being completed at the hotel, which will provide even more health-improving treatment procedures. Walking along the embankment (Nordic walking poles are also provided at the hotel upon request) and fresh sea air have a very beneficial effect on the general condition of the whole body. I recommend a holiday in Jurmala at Pegasa Pils. I hope I'll come again!

Sorry for the delay in reviewing, but believe me there were reasons. We stayed at your hotel from October 19 to 28 in room 211. A wonderful, nice and cozy hotel. We had a wonderful time. At the reception we were met by Aldis - a very friendly, cordial and smiling young man. The room is not big, but very comfortable, has everything you need. The cuisine is amazing, the food is excellent, everything is beautiful and tasty. The staff in the hall, Raymond and Andries, are very attentive, always in a good mood, with humor and communicated with us in Russian. The medical staff, Nadezhda and Antonina, are very professional and very sincere. Thanks to the maids and Lyudmila and Laila. They cleaned well and fulfilled all requests. The location of the hotel is fabulous: everything is within walking distance - the sea, the center, and the park. Thank you to all the hotel staff for a wonderful stay, for your friendliness and politeness. We are still delighted and never stop sharing our impressions with family and friends. For us there is only one drawback - 9 is very, very little! We are thinking of coming again at another time of the year.

A wonderful hotel with an amazing location. Quiet, cozy, in the very center of Jurmala. 5 minutes to the sea. Above all praise is the kitchen. Simply amazing in every way. We had 3 meals a day to choose from, breakfast sometimes buffet. It’s very tasty, large portions and “your every whim” without additional investment. Rating 10 out of 5!!!!Negatives
What I write here cannot be called negative. There is simply wrong information here. There are practically no medical facilities in the hotel yet. There is a spa department (not used), salt cave, massage, mud (used to a limited extent), bath (just lie down with extracts), oxygen cocktails, Nordic walking. And a good swimming pool in another sanatorium 2 km away. That is, if you just relax and improve your health, this is the highest class! If you also need treatment, go to another place for now. We are very disappointed!!!!!!!! On the hotel page there is a list of procedures, but they are not there. A retired woman comes and gives a massage, if you can call it that (just stroking her back!) No hygiene, we all lay down on the same sheet, and near the hole for the face she put the toilet paper that she brought from the toilet! The massage room is always unclean! The drinking regimen is just bottled water from the store. And the money they paid for the TREATMENT was good. The treatment was a complete SCAM!

The sanatoriums website contains inaccurate information about treatment. Many of the procedures advertised on the website simply do not exist. To get to the pool you have to go far to another hotel.

The sanatoriums website does not have entirely reliable information about treatments and procedures. To get to the pool you have to go far to another hotel; the hotel only has a salt room. Many procedures that are stated on the website and even attached photos simply do not exist. This photo is from other hotels. It's a shame for the sanatoriums.

The downside is that we were not only going to eat delicious food and have a good rest in Latvia. They wanted to heal a little. As it turned out, the hotel does not carry out all the procedures indicated on the website. There is no pool, you need to get to it at another sanatorium. This is not very convenient, especially when limited in time.

I used to always go to Karlovy Vary. This year I tried the Latvian resort for the first time and I was delighted.
